I feel there is a bit of negativity in this thread towards Travka, and even though in many cases where a new poster has similar complaints, and in many cases leaves info out, or is cheating, i feel we should give him benefit of the doubt.
Every case is different and he has shown emails and amounts of hands against many different opponents.
I hope that if he is innocent, somebody from the community can help him out.

This for sure. You guys get someone trying to give you want you want and your treating him likes he is guilty. Bobo, you come off like you are looking for reasons to convict. Maybe you hadn't made up your mind before you heard all the facts but it feels like your leaning hard one way.

The hostiliy is very easily explainable.
If asked for more information those "new" posters who complain that the pokersite took some unjust action usually disappear, which means they are guilty. Which means they asked the people that they cheated out of money for help afterwards.
Beating NL100+ nowadays is pretty hard and it is very, very unlikely that such person would have ZERO online presence in a poker forum or play on another site. So it is usually a huge red flag.
And I also agree that him knowing that the RB > 100% is another huge red flag.
Also some of us (me included) have actually lost money through fraud by pokersites and our accusations look much less legit in a sea of false accusations.

I'm assuming they shut down your poker account completely, transferred your funds to their sportsbook (from which you can cashout). This is standard for them.

They did this transfer from start of the case, when I was able to log in from site I saw my money were transferred and caught a screenshot of this.

Here's the thing - the only people that can directly help posters with situations like these are the poker sites. The most the rest of us can do is give suggestions, answer the OP's questions, and ask questions of the OP that will help get to the bottom of things.

It appears they believe you colluded in some fashion. What funds are they allowing you to withdraw? Just your deposit?

I don't know. I still can't log in on site even after i've received a message that I can proceed my withdraw and in poker client it says my account is temporary banned. Someone of their support rejected my withdraw for colluding, then another guy allowed saying sorry everything is fine and now another guy rejected. This looks really weird.
