Hi, a query, I have seen that some players must generate more points to open the chests and other people less, these ranges of points for each player, how often are they updated? monthly, annual or is a percentage of the rake generated daily by the player. Thank you

It is literally random, it can go up after any chest and they won't tell you what causes it.

If you e-mail them they will list a combination of things which their system uses to come up with figures but I think it just goes up the more you play (the more hours a day and the more consecutive days) in other words if they don't have to try to make you play they wont.

I think this because even when I ran 200 buy ins under EV and deposited loads of money the price of my chests still kept going up because I was playing an awful lot to win the lost EV back.

Completed 35 000 point chest, opened the rewards window, waited for a bit in suspense... the random prize generator had a surprise for me...

I felt like a true pirate so I covered my left eye and hit the chest I stole from those greedy rival pirates who called themselves Amaya (hated and despised from every pirate, fish, shark in the sea)

Aaaarrrrgggghhhh! I said, not believing my uncovered eye...

Felt such a relief for another job well done!

I just redeposited to Stars and Gold Chests were at 5000 points. Current Platinum chest is a around 10000 points.

Maybe we need to regularly deposit to Stars in order to get better rakeback????

Only if you deposit more than cashout. Net deposits determines your "rakeback".

Adding to the chorus they have steadily increased my chest requirements AND reduced boost points. Completely ridiculous, I never cash out and I even did some light sports betting on the World Cup. I sent them a complaint and here is their amazing response

All of the flag chests which provide rewards based on your current chest level, we're conveniently awarded after I dropped down a chest level, this literally happened 3 times. And this is after coming back to stars and redepositing.

It could be I'm even lower than that.
Few seconds ago, I was playing and watching points as boost was coming closer. I can't be sure, as points add on in non-linear way, but I almost didn't collect any boost at all. Maybe 10-20 points, big maybe.
I'm going to get that 4500 bronze chest in a month, I hope.

Got a $4.40 tournament tickets in one of my chest, a buyin level i havent played in years (my ABI is between $30 and $40). i can only assume stars knows that and is trying to give away useless tournament tickets in order to cut even more rakeback. The site is pure scum at this point.

Isn't this kind of rigging the game in a legal way ?

In a more extreme way lets say you host a poker game and at the end of the session.
You take the profits and give them back to the losers but still charge rake.

I wish we made a thread where we all reported in detail our activity so we could maybe have some vague idea of what trigger the chests.

Info like:
- stakes
- nb of table
- type of game
- frequency of play
- cashout history before/after chest (a vague number no need to be precise)
- winrate
