When I try to log in on Pokerstars.es I immediately get the message that I need to change my password. When I try to change my password I constantly get the message that my password is to weak all though I meet all their requirements. At least: 1 capital letter, 1 normal letter, 1 number, 1 symbol.

I also tried to change my password by clicking on forget password and get a link to change password but I get the same problem.

Anyone facing the same problem when you try to log in on Pokerstars.es?

They sent me new password, but it didn't help at all - still have to change to new one and can't do that....
It took them WEEK to reset password, i'm a bit scared how long will it take

they did the same for me and it didnt work. they also send me this

What did was the fix?? They sent me a temp password, and told me is OK now but i tried the procedure again and i get the same result. No password can be selected. Can you guide me step by step what to do?

I got similar messages for set a new password and try log in. But before changed I tried to enter my old password and I was able to access. Did you try to do this?

Found the solution that worked for me guys... i opened pokerstars.es and logged in from the webpage. Once i did this, i got an email with a PIN and entered the pin in the webpage. Afterthat i was able to set a new password through the webpage. Once done, i logged in with the client and problem solved!!!! I do not know how difficult was for Support to tell us this solution!!

This is kinda ridiculous having a similar problem with support not answering. I cashed out over 6weeks ago a big sum and had to send documents even though I have been verified for a long time and cashed out before, and i barely get a answer once every 2weeks. What is this>?
