Hi--I often play on the Carbon Poker / Merge site. In the past, I have contacted Carbon Poker about this or that, and they always used to get back to me quite promptly and with very good answers to my questions. For at least the last several months or so, however, whenever I try to contact them, I get no reply. None at all. As far as I know, there's only a single email address to use for this, which is as follows: support@carbongaming.ag . And as far as I know, there's no phone number available for this, either, as there is on a site such as, say, America's Card Room. Does anyone know if perhaps there might be another email address that I could try, or does anyone know if there is some phone number for them that I am simply unaware of? If so, I would really appreciate it.

After emailing Sportsbook/Merge support three times and not receiving an answer, I finally discovered that Live Help had been re-instated after it had been gone for a long time. When I mentioned the unanswered emails to Live Help, I was told that they are having trouble getting emails through to some addresses because they are being blocked by some providers, particularly those who end with the suffix "net". He said that they had answered all my emails, but I just had been unable to receive them.

Initially, I was skeptical about what seemed to be an "excuse" for not responding, but the Live Help person sent a test email to my regular account (where I've been receiving mail from Merge for the last 9 years) which didn't go through, and then to one of my alternate email addresses, where it did show up. Afterwards, I researched this and found out how to unblock them from my account, which is run through Yahoo. Apparently you can unblock an address even if your provider has blocked it. You can Google for instructions on how to unblock an address for your specific email provider. Since I unblocked them, I have received email from Sportsbook/Merge, so what I did must have worked.

In the meantime, since you're not getting emails from them, you should go through Live Help to get your question answered.

Wow, thanks for all that very helpful info. My main email address--the one that I use for Carbon Poker--does in fact end in .net, so my guess is that I am in the same situation that you describe. I have a couple of other backup email addresses that I don't normally use which end in .com, so I will try to set something up using one of those. Thanks again for your help!
