Since stars security happens to take more than 1 month to process my reports these days, as low stakes DONs apparently aren't seen as important enough to bother with, I'd like to warn other regs to watch out for collusion between the hundreds of new vietnamese players these days.

City names are usually Hue, TT Hue, Da Nang and USA in several variations.
