Let's say i have screenshots of pio sims in a folder. Can pokerstars see that i open this folder and ban me? There should be no traces of pio or other software, it's just a screenshot saved in paint.

Doubt stars can see whats on your wall that would be impressive! I have heard from a few sources over the years they can see alot of whats happening on your PC if they choose to look.
