Quick Update: Support actually responded. Not from the website, but from their Facebook page. No promises, just a comment that they can't help with support issues regarding payment but that they would look into it.

2 Months and counting. Will update if anything happens

I can't find anything on line to support this statement.

Finally heard from support yesterday. They said my money would be transferred to my bank via paypal on 11/ 15.

Money was transferred to 3rd party processer today and will be in my bank account in a day or 2. So, they did pay the balance. Looks like you can play at NLOP and know that you'll get paid, BUT...……

- Taking 2.5 months to pay a withdrawal request is way tool long and it makes you wonder why it took so long

- Support needs to step up their game. Most questions to them were ignored or not answered during this time.


- No reason ever given for the delay

- The site has massive lag/disconnect issues still


I leave it to you the reader to decide if this is a site you want to play at. They are US based, so that's a plus. If they get their act together on timely payouts, fix the laggy issues, maybe it would be worthwhile.

i will be writing an article on NLOP at some point soon. Primarily the tracked equity since the RNG software is absolutely atrocious but im quite certain this is on purpose so as to level the playing field (the hand behind in equity is at least double its actual eq), there are a few positives but if the RNG does not run true is there a point to it all?
