I've been waiting for a cash out too since the end of December. I figure if they can't pay out $20, then they're probably done.

Well I recently started using Cafrino and it's like a desert in there. Took 3 days for me to fill in Step 1 Heads Up. Now I am at step 2 and nothing.

I did some research and I found out they had a mild success and I would like to make this into a thread where you can look for other Cafrino players to play against.

Cant get a step1 hu sng started been sitting waiting over 20 mins.

For about 3 or 4 months they did have MTT's nightly. After Christmas they stopped for a while. I haven't been able to play lately because I have to be up for work at an ungodly hour.

I messed around on here a while back, just killing time late at night. I got to steps like 11 and 12 or so and then the site went down. Now it's back up, my account still works, but the tickets are gone. I emailed support and received no response.

Resurrecting this zombie thread to let you guys know that 1) this site is still up and running and 2) to not waste your time on this site.

Yesterday, I was deep in the Saturday $200, which is their biggest tournament of the day. The tournament payed 20 players, there were 13 left, and the server crashed. They paid out places 14-20, but refuse to pay out ANYTHING to places 1-13. I've tried to contact them by their support email address as well as through Facebook, and they faded me and all the other players who got screwed. It's ridiculous to pay out half your tournament and then give your top 13 players nothing, even though we were guaranteed $2.00 and 1st place was $70.00. To be honest, I would have been happy with just getting the guaranteed minimum $2.00.

Don't play on this site. I understand that sometimes software crashes, but I expect sites to make it right if their software does result in cancelling a tournament 4 hours in when players are already ITM. These guys did not, and are clearly unethical.

Updated to add that Cafrino put $2.00 in my account today. I would have preferred an ICM chop of the remaining prize pool, but I am happy with $2.00. Some users on their FB page are claiming that I should give them a break because the site is "still in beta," which I find kind of alarming given how long this site has been around. In any event, they seem to be trying to make amends.

I've been on this site since it started. The software is garbage and burns up memory and locks up. I know at least 15 players that say the same thing. I've been writing them every month since Sept to get money I won. Every month they tell me in a few days. It appears they have no intention of paying back money owed. Don't waste your time

Cafrino and NLOP have merged. Maybe merge those 2 threads ? Anyway, I too have been owed over $ 1500 since early September. Support is horrible. Usually no response at all.

I won $ 2 in a freeroll recently. I assumed I'd be able to withdraw that paltry amount. Nope. It says something like " we have reached our daily withdrawal limit today" . It says that every day.

They're just not paying . Stay away unless you're playing for fun.
