On Sept 13 2017 I ran my Bovada account up to you $19xxx in casino and proceeded to withdraw. The next morning my withdrawal for 9500 was sent via BTC and immedietely after I received an email stating my account would be closed on Oct 2nd because my address was a restricted state. I do not live in a restricted state and I promptly sent a document to verify my address.

It has been 48 hours now and I still have not received a reply from Bovada in regards to my document verification.

I've attempted to ask customer support and they all tell me to just keep waiting.

The address in the restricted state was on my account for months yet they allowed me to deposit many times and withdraw a few. When my balance got up to $19xxx and stopped playing that's when they had an issue.

I will update the thread soon when something happens. At this point Bovada still owes me 9700+ and I can't access my account.

Needless to say I have been a player on Bovada for 7 years. Wouldn't recommend anyone play here.

online casinos are not likely to kick any legal user from their site(s) who just won big, unless you are an AP or bonus abuser

its Sept 15th currently (USA time), you stated you spun up the funds on the 13th and then the next morning (14th) your account was closed and only then did you send in docs. so its highly unlikely its been anywhere close to 48 hours. prolly give them more time on that one

I second pmarrsouth. Verifications can take longer sometimes. You probably triggered some type of deeper security review given that your playing location and your account information did not match up.

48 hours is not a long length of time, especially given you've withdrawn just below five figures which will surely raise red flags all over the place
