I deposited $400 on tiger gaming last week because i received a good rb deal there.

So i opened the site, saw only 1900 people online and almost no action. So i immediately try to cashout my money and never look at this shady site again.

After 4 days i checked my Neteller balance and no Tigermoney in my account.

I contacted the support and this *%#()# says that i have to rake $60 before i can cashout my money. (After all, i'm pretty happy I only deposited $400 and not a couple K).

So actually this company just stole my money and just holds it. Is this really legal and possible? Do i have any other options?

Sounds to me like you brought this on yourself.

1) They don't offer rakeback, so your illegal under the table rakeback deal doesn't count for ****.

2) You probably should have checked the lobby before you deposited.

3) You should have read the T&C because it is very common these days to have playthrough requirements on deposited funds. Why you ask? Because it costs money to take deposits. Why should they, or any company lose money because you were too stupid to look at the lobby before depositing.

4) No one "stole" your money. Rake the small $60 they asked you to rake and move on with your life.

5) Do you have other options? Sure, ask them if you can just pay them the $60 you owe instead of raking it, get your cashout, and go away.

So they weren't shady to deposit 400$ but were shady because the traffic was low? Did u not research site traffic before? If you want to deposit one method than cash out immediately, say via netteller there are other sites than can accomodate this

As a said I didnt research any thing, pretty stupid but never had expected this strange cashout rules. I deposited on many sites and i never had to rake an X amount to be able to cashout.

I learned 1 thing and that is to read the rules next time.

Why do you want to check my rake requirements if you already know i have them?

Anyways i raked it months ago and i still don't like this minimum rake requirements without even playing 1 hand. I'm glad Tiger earns at least $80 for every deposit.

Looking at the positive site: IF tiger didnt "lock" my money, I never knew how soft this network is. So thank you Tiger for locking/stealing my money on short term.

This was ofc a random number to an useless question. What if i answered 5,10 or 25? What are you gonna do with my answer.

A. never had to rake an x amount of money or
B. raked the amount without even noticing it.

Tiger Rep is saying PM your name to see WHY you have rake requirements not to check it.

I dont care anymore. I had contact with the live chat and support@tiger and they both told me i had rake requirements.

So please tiger support, don't try to clear your name now when I put it online.

I think you'd find that if you actually tried cashing out on other sites in the same way, you'd be denied. Most sites will have some kind of requirements that prevent you from depositing and then cashing out without playing - unfortunately, many of them don't spell this out very clearly.

I believe the reason for the requirement is twofold:

1. Every deposit costs them money, so allowing people to do as you wanted to is giving money away.
2. Money laundering prevention.

have played on tigergaming, they have really good support and almost instant cashout to skrill which really is great. unfortunately their software is one of the worst ive ever played on, if they were to put some $$ into buying or creating more user friendly software, they would definitely put alot of bigger sites to shame.
