Same thing yesterday.

Called the card company, they told me to talk to the merchant, after a few back and forths with Bodog customer service, they basically alluded to there not being a problem, or if there is a problem, they don't know about it

I'd really like to see it fixed

Two successful payouts for me to report. My 3k check cleared today, also received my BW(16th business day). Bodog is doing their best, just have to be patient in these rough times.

It wouldn't shock me if the debit card is done for now. I've been w/Bodog since 2004 and had the option until about a week ago to get a debit card. Now that option has disappeared from my payout options.

I had a different debit 2 or 3 yrs ago. It worked great for a couple of months, then got shut down. In my situation I was never able to access the remaining funds on the card. I just left it alone, since the balance was under $100 when I couldn't access the $$. I think bodog did notify in a timely manner about the card, so hopefully they do it in your case too.

Same problem for me with the debit card, same messege at previously used ATM's also. I will email support also and see which form response I get.

I had a check <$1000 bounce the other day.

Also they said they can no longer process cashouts to the debit card. I still have money on the card, I'm going to go and check if I can take $ off it right now.

I asked Bodog if I could get one of those debit cards and this was their response:

We are sorry to inform you that in order to comply with our processor's policies, we are unable to process payouts via Debit Card until further notice. Therefore, we will not be able to offer you this method.
I hope this is only a temporary setback.

I had one of those cards too and Bodog did give some small advance notice then that they were going to be useless, and to cash out remaining funds (from the card account) before such and such a date.

Cashier says if I have an existing balance on the card, I can access it

Perhaps the card doesn't load funds when it says it does? The site claims it takes a week for the balance to show up in statement, but it also says the funds were put on my card a few days ago

I also can confirm late last week I was using the debit card with no problems but as of now I cannot access my funds. I even tried to use to purchase gas at a gas station that Ive used the card many times before and it was a no go just like others have stated trying to use ATM.

I plan on getting a payout soon either by rapid or money transfer. I've done both in the past but it's been a really long time since I've withdrew any money from bodog. Anyone having any issues with those methods?

I had to register to post here. My situation was this:
Requested payout from bodog on 3/31
Check showed up (from Singapore) on 4/7
Deposited check on 4/13
Reversed deposit shows up on 4/20 ("refer to maker")
Contacted bodog and they needed copies of the returned check, which I did and sent them.
Had that amount put back into my ecash account with bodgo on 4/25
Called them that night to withdrawal the full amount, guy on phone says they will western union the full amount and that they will cover the transfer fee ($150), an hour later I had the email with the details on picking up my money.
Today, I went to the western union and my money was there. It was a pain in the butt but they worked it out and got me my money.

Just wanted to let others know.

Edit...this was my first withdrawal...and last for now. They also cover the fees associated with that returned check, in my case it was only $10 for the returned deposit fee. Good thing I didnt spend any of that deposit and bounce a few checks. Not sure if theyd cover those

I talked to the debit card CS and he had no clue what the problem was although he said theyve received numerous calls about the issue.

Update for me (see a page back):

Got email with DHL tracking number tonight. Looks like originating in Singapore, now in Hong Kong... Headed to Minneapolis. I think I will print the DHL signature release form because I may be at work when it does arrive, want to make sure it doesn't get sent back!!

The money is there even if the balance doesn't show on the website. I made a withdrawal last week even though the balance still has not updated.

Given today's developments, I'm concerned about the last bit of money I've got on the card now...
