After going through this experience I realize they have different CS depts and its best to deal with the poker dept for these issues. They may not even be in the same country. Poker has a separate phone number from the main bodog 888 number as well.

The CS manager I spoke to last night about getting a one time money transfer payout at no fee(would have been $150 dollar fee)as an alternative came through. I just got my payout approved. Assuming the funds show up, this definitely redeems Bodog in my eyes. I've been playing there 5 years and they've always resolved any discrepancies i've had over the years. They also gave me 20 bucks cash and 20% reload bonus up to 100 bucks on my next deposit. Not only that but some of these funds were from clearing a 200% reload bonus of 1000 bucks at 50 cents a poker point.

One time I bought into a 150 dollar tourney because it said 15 minute blind levels in the description but I noticed while playing the blinds were only 12 minutes long. When I told bodog I wouldn't have played the tourney had I known the blinds were shorter they refunded me the buyin amount. I thought that was pretty solid.

Did you email bodog and a copy of your bank statement because they supposedly will take care of you and your bounced check fee.
The check was from Singapore... I'm in NY.

I emailed bodog a copy of the check and my banck statement. They put the money back into my account a couple of hours ago + the bounced check fee. Asked me what I wanted to do with the money. I told them to leave them in account. lol

So now the option to cash out using the debit card is gone. My only options are MyPayLinq, bnk wire or rapid transfer. Not thrilled about any of them.

NO more saying the bank name in the thread!!! My friends check bounced yesterday, had been in his bank and processed for two days. He requested the payout on 4\14.

i dont even know what that means. last year i traveled in an rv for a year through 24 states (after having lived in WA for 39 years). FL was my favorite state all things considered. while WA isnt my least favorite, its def not in my top 50%.

anyway, off topic, obv.

Check that originated in Singapore via DHL was received pre-Black Friday, and for some reason I sat on it for about a week. I deposited it on April 18 and it showed up as a 'Returned Item' in my bank account on April 22. I'm in Minnesota fwiw.

I'm not going to **** around waiting to see if a check is going to bounce and leave me in a financial bind. I won't be depositing my Bodog check in my bank account.

So which is a better option? Taking it to a check cashing place, or cashing it at a branch of the bank it's drawn from?

OK OK. Does Bodog not allow player to player transfers at all?
