wow just checked my bank account and a 13k wire i requested the same day is pending in my bank acct
kinda weird since bodog usually emails you when the wire is sent

to those saying "i was going to play on bodog until i heard that a check bounced":

these things are going to happen. cmon, be real. they happened on the big two, and they will happen on other sites. bodog will make it right. this is NOT to say everything is peaches and fairies. things could and probably will continue to go down hill until regulation, but to just jump to the conclusion that bodog is not to be trusted based upon some checks bouncing is off base. in fact, i would EXPECT some of the checks they sent to have problems since they most likely use some of the same processors as the big three did.

I deposited on Bodog using Quicktender, so I had to withdraw that way. Bodog to Quicktender took a few hours. Quicktender to my bank is two days and counting. The withdrawal now shows as 'ordered,' which I guess means they're waiting on my bank (and possibly intermediary banks).

Which bank was the check from? I deposited mine this past Saturday and it was B 0f xxxxika, and my bank is the same.

Did you email bodog and a copy of your bank statement because they supposedly will take care of you and your bounced check fee.

So i've been bugging bodog on email and phone support about my direct bank transfer that had a 6 business day turn around. It was approved 4/11 and today was the 6th business day. It didnt come so i wrote to support and called them, i sent it to 4 different emails @ bodog and got 4 different answers. The gist of all of which and the phone conversation today was that my money was for sure coming today still via direct bank transfer(even though they've been removed).

Well just a few minutes ago I get an email that my payout has been cancelled "at my request". I called support and they said "oh well, guess our 3rd party processor couldnt do it after all, the moneys back in your account. feel free to request a check and get in line with all the people requesting payouts post black friday".

Talking to a manager, got me a maybe on a fast track via another payout method. I'll let you know...

There is really no need to post bank names or any information like that. Hows that going to help you? Regardless, you are still going to deposit it and if it bounces or clears you will find out sooner or later.

their email support sucks but sending 4 emails to 4 different people because its the 6th business day is idiotic

The reason I sent them to multiple addresses is because they have a 30 minute turn around it was 1.5 hours and I hadnt gotten a response. So i sent a spam one out to all the known addresses trying to get the quickest reply. Well within 12 hours they all replied.

And I had plenty of reason to doubt them, obv. Especially considering they removed the direct bank transfer payout option about 2 days after mine was approved. It was quite obvious it was never going to go through but they made me wait every last second of the 6 business days before returning the money to my account basically saying go screw, start completely over with a new payout request.

Bodog customer service is worthless. 2 managers and an angry email and they won't do anything whatsoever to re-approve my canceled payout any faster.

They're response was "all payouts are reviewed in the order they were received". Well they received mine on the 11th but they want to pretend they didn't and that its not their fault.

If you were in a long line at the grocery store and after paying you realized they double charged you for an item and you went back to the cashier and pointed this out, how would you feel if they said "back of the line sir!" And how about if you were a 5 year regular customer? How would you feel then?

Stay away from bodog if you value your money and/or your time. Otherwise its a great site.

i hear you and maybe you have a few points, but cmon guy cut bodog a little slack. its not like they totally dropped the ball or ignored you. its tough times in the money moving game, and this is part of the risk you undertake (having to wait a bit for your money). saying "stay away if you value your $" is just plain wrong.

I had a similar issue with Bodog pre 4/15. Support would send me contradicting e-mails so I wasn't sure what exactly was going on. The good news is I always received my money even if it took 5-10 emails to sort everything out. On a side note; Ive always found their phone support to be MUCH MUCH better than their e-mail support.
