OK contacted Bodog and had some conflicting emails from CS. Before I ring them just wanted to check a couple of things here. One email stated it's a US$50 charge for a Wire Transfer - I thought you were allowed a free one per month? They also said minimum Wire of US$3k, seems high - either correct in other peaople experiences?

any more updates? I usually play on Bodog but haven't played for a couple months and am thinking about taking my business elsewhere after all the customer service issues and overall "shadiness" the site has been showing over the past year. (imo)

anyone have any updates on cashouts? Also, I've been readings isolated incidents about bank wires raising flags with US banks since they are from foreign countries, and bank reps calling their customers. Nobody getting wires from Bodog have been getting these?

Just got an email from Bodog: No more checks by courier for Washington residents.

It appears that the only options now are bankwire and debit card, and only the debit card is free.

Debit card sucks imo. I didn't use it for any purchases, but I did use it for ATM action. I had the max 2k on there, and ended up only being able to withdraw like 1.85k. Everytime I checked the online statement it would say that I withdrew like $435.36 when I really only withdrew $400. So I'm not sure who skimmed it but I know that it didn't reflect the actual currency changes that they claim cause the difference. So I'd suggest either getting a wire or check.

Wow, what amazing service. I am pleasantly surprised. First cashout in years from this site.

Requested check 1/30 (Sunday)
Left pending 1/31 (Monday)

Received e-mail this morning, 2/3, with UPS tracking number, said tracking info might not appear for 72 hrs.

Walked outside to smoke my morning cigarette, and UPS tag was already on the door! I missed them!

Fastest check ever, especially since I requested on Sunday.

Now, if only they would fix the software...lol

Anyone send for check by courier recently? I cashed out on the 5th of Feb. Got a tracking number with usps on the 9th. I still am unable to track. It says there is no record of this item. Last time I cashed out, it came within like a week and usps wasn't the one who was delivering it. Anyone have this same deal goin' on?

And they didn't warn you about this?

Wait until you want a 2nd check and they charge you $50.

Then you won't be singing their praises for much longer.

Funny enough, if they just ditched their terrible fees, I would have nothing bad to say about their check and wire cashout options. Both are fast and about as reliable as you can expect under the current circumstances of US law.

If you go to the ATM and withdraw $400 it'll show up as approx $435. Not sure about the fees if you use the card for purchases.

Fedex and USPS work together sometimes. Sometimes you can track a usps# on the fedex site first then the usps site later.

Has anyone had any problems with the Money Transfer or Rapid Transfer options lately in the United States, say since the beginning of the year? How quickly have you been receiving your money via those methods?

I need to withdraw money from Bodog and get it quickly so hopefully those are good options now.

If you have used either of those methods in the United States in 2011 and have had no problems please say so too.

Requested a wire and Bodog is asking for:

Quote:
Bank Name-
Bank Address-
Bank City-
Bank Zip Code-
Bank Country-
USA Routing Number-
Account Number-
Swift Code-
What should I use for my bank address? The nearest branch to where I live? And which routing number to use? When I check my online account it lists one routing number for "paper and electronic" and another for "wire".
