Question for anyone who has completed a BTC withdrawal from bovada:

Did they give you a fair (market) rate for the time it was processed? Since they don't tell you the amount of BTC at the time of cashout, it should be whatever the market rate was when the BTC transaction went through.

how about for multiple btc wd's during same month? or one wd via btc and another via debit card?
I can answer one of these questions. I emailed support and they said I could withdraw multiple times per month via Bitcoin and pay no fees.

I was in your same boat for a max VFF that was approved on 3/18. I got the funds refunded back to my Bovada account on 5/11. I would suggest you call every day. Ask to speak to a supervisor as well. And ask for compensation for the inconvenience. After several days in a row of doing this, and $150 in compensation later, they finally refunded my bovada account 90 minutes after they finally said no to more compensation.

Bitcoin question. I went from bovada to blockchain to coinbase no problem. Now trying to withdrawal from coinbase to bank and it won't let me use the debit card I used. It says "please add your bank account or bank wire information".

I add my bank account info and have to wait for them to make a deposit so I can verify it. However, the deposit never showed up in my account when coinbase said it was sent. So I redo the process and the deposit hasn't shown up again. Any other ways or methods anyone knows about to get USD off coinbase?

I have done two so far and was happy with the exchange rate in both instances. I think you are right in that it is whatever the market rate is at the time of the transaction.

That's likely why your funds haven't shown up in your bank account yet but they say it's resolved. If you still have remaining USD and/or BTC on Coinbase, meaning that you haven't sold/sent to your bank account, I would suggest you get that off Coinbase, send that to your personal wallet, ir blockchain, electrum, etc and find another method to exchange your BTC.

If you insist on still using Coinbase in spite of what has happened, then as described in the link, things are supposed to go back to normal, until they don't. Also I don't think Coinbase does debit card withdrawals, that's Circle.

I can't sign up for bitpay.

So much for BitPay. I tried twice and keep getting the message "No match was found for your identification, please check all government identification fields".
I triple checked that everything is right (pretty sure I know my 'identification' since it hasn't changed in forever). And the weird thing is that the when I first went through their forms, they let me fill them out and then click through and send them btc, and then sent me an e-mail saying "The error was: No match was found for your identification, please check all government identification fields" with a link to edit my application. So I clicked the link, filled out everything again and triple checked again that it's right, and then when I hit the next button, now it stops me right there and gives me the "No match was found for your identification, please check all government identification fields" message.

So the obvious question is, why did they let me go through the whole process and click though all the forms the first time and let me send them the BTC the first time around and only give me this error message AFTER I sent them BTC, and then now when I go to edit my application to try and fix whatever is the problem (even though i filled out everything accurately) they give me the error message right away and won't even let me click though the forms?

Hopefully they will refund me my $9.95 worth of BTC that I already sent them, and hopefully they aren't stealing my identity right now.

Anyone else have this issue?

+1. Sad too, I always felt cb seemed to be run pretty smoothly. Hoping everything works out Thursday though, then going to pull the rest off as well.

I didn't experience this issue when I applied and I didn't see where you stated you called CS about this, did you? If not the website says they are available until 10pm est and I think they can do the sign up over the phone, so maybe they can get this processed/id accepted.

Thank you! First I have heard of this. Going with Circle I guess.

Is it good new when a check withdrawal "cancel request" is gone? Went to cancel all my VFF transactions and change to Bitcoin and noticed one of my check requests from 5-16 wasn't on there. It was however yesterday. Does that mean it might be on its way? No update on tracking or anything though.

I didn't called CS about it - and I probably won't. I did exactly as the instructions said to do(gave them all my legit info, twice), and there is a glitch in their matrix apparently, so to me, that is enough to stay away for now.

It's a new company I have never dealt with b4(and their btc debit card thing is brand new), and if just trying to sign up has issues when I do exactly what they say to do, then I am definitely not going to be comfortable sending them a bunch of $'s(esp when there are still other options). If 3-4 months from now other people are reporting successfully using them, then maybe I will try again and contact their support and try to figure out why it didn't work the first time.

Anybody who opts to withdraw via anything but BTC from this point on and you have an issue you can GFY and don't even bother putting it in the thread. The only reason anybody could possibly have not to do BTC is if they are doing large amounts that would be hard to get off even multiple exchanges without possibly raising a flag.

Yeah, they use the exchange rate at the time of processing the withdrawal... which is sent to you seconds later.

And for mine the exchange rate was right on, couldn't ask for better.

It's probably a problem with whatever automatic ID verification they are using. Other sites do the same thing.

And sometimes they have issues for whatever reason that require someone to manually review and approve the verification.

I can understand if you don't want to deal with it... there are other options out there. But I can say that they are a legit and reputable company, so you don't have to worry about them stealing your identity or anything.

They've been around since 2011, they're the largest bitcoin payment processor, and they are used by some of the largest companies that accept bitcoin:

That's certainly your right but I wonder wtf was the point in trying to provide the ID info multiple times and posting here asking others if they had similar issues if not to try to get a successful resolution.

This and I don't even think the bold is a reason considering currently there are options other than exchanges which don't seem to raise red flags no matter how large the amounts.

FYI, my Coinbase funds requested to my bank on the morning of 5/19, with on original deliver by date of 5/23, posted to my bank account a short while ago at 12am 5/25. So it does seem the issue was actually corrected and everyone will hopefully get their owed funds but I'm still done with them.

No maximum per ATM WD is $750.00 so you would have to withdraw 4 times in the day, so fee would be $8.00 to withdraw 3K at ATM.

On the other hand if you buy something at a place that allows to WD cash with the purchase there is no fee. So you can WD every time you go grocery shopping and pay no fee for cashback.
