got my 3k check from bodog but my bank says it will take up to 30 days to process wtf any faster ways?

No email notice was sent. I was expecting them so.. one wasn't needed.

JUST CASHED OUT 22K YESTERDAY STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE APPROVED BY BODOG, MY PAYOUTS WERE USUALLY APPROVED WITH IN A FEW MIN ANY ONE KNOW WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT. I USUALLY CASHOUT BETWEEN 1 AND 3K AND THIS WAS A BIGGER ONE IF THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE AND ALSO WILL BODOG BE SENDING ME 3K CHECKS EACH WHICH THEN FOR THIS

has anyone received a check via certified mail?
I cashed out on monday for 1k and still haven't got my check. should i be concerned? tracking number shows check is still in Connecticut? apparently its been sitting there for 2 days and no updates on usps

got a check on the 21st for 1k, ordered it on the 16th, cleared same day. never had any problems with it so far, hopefully that won't change.

has anyone done the visa debit card payout? i noticed the option today, appears like they are offering $25 bonus for first payout through this method

I was curious about this too. I was in a rush the other day and did a quick cashout. It is usually on the 'check by courier' page by default, so I didn't pay it much attention. Apparently I cashed out using this method and it is already on the way to me. Whoops...

Bodog has tacked on a 50 dollar fee for each payout check requested for over 3k. This is rediclous. Call and complain to have this unfair policy lifted.

I received the debit card and it didn't work... supposedly Bodog is looking into this for me but I haven't heard much from them. I've recieved many checks in the past without a problem.

I just tried to deposit a check from Bodog for 3k into my bank account and it didn't clear. It was from Canada. I am waiting to receive the check back in the mail from my bank.

Any suggestions?

Has anyone else had any problems with the new debit card cashout or is Mack`s experience an isolated incidence?

UPDATE: My Bodog debit card is now working. Bodog has never done me wrong.

UPDATE: My debit card started working but apparently I got charged a bunch of bank fees (I USED A FREE ATM) and out my 600 dollar payout, I've recieve 340... and Bodog is now telling me that I'm **** out of luck. I've cashed a check at least once a month for the last two years and never lost any money or had any problem, but this of course is ridiculous. All I can say is DON'T CASH OUT USING THE DEBIT CARD, OR RISK LOSING LIKE 50 PERCENT OF YOUR PAYOUT.

so whats the status on any more recent bodog checks, ive had a payout approved for a while but i havent havent recieved trackin info yet. it usually follows in a day or 2 and its been 6..... saw a post in the official thread that someone had a check bounce... hopin bodog isnt having issues across the board.....

Still having problems with my payout. Here is a timeline.

August 26th - Requested
Sept. 1st - Received
Sept. 7th - Deposited to my bank
Sept. 13th - Bank returns check. The status says "Not Eligible for Clearing"
Sept. 17th - New payout request initiated
Sept. 21th - New payout shipped via FedEx, next day.
Sept 24th - Still no FedEx package. I called them and they said it is being returned to sender.

WTF? This has been the most frustrating thing I have dealt with in my 3 years of online poker. Bodog customer service is clueless and just tells me that the package could take 7-10 days. I CALLED FEDEX AND THEY SAID IT WAS BEING RETURNED.

received a check within about 5 bussiness days. My bank put a hold on the check..it didnt clear. I sent bodog a copy of the check and asked for them to reissue and they said they would. Later I opened my BoDog account and theres 2550 in the account (I payed the 50 dollar fee for more than one check per week). Obviously I played with it but I won 750 and then cashed out for 3250, this was sneaky on their part. I have 2 checks on their way. One for 1500 the other for 3200..then Im done with Bodog. One check not working is all it takes for me to goodbye to bodog.

ps- Did have 2 checks clear with no problem but not this time. Also I request alot of payouts. Some for 1500, 750, 900..theyll charge me 50 dollars for each check yet combine sometimes 3 checks to send to me. So I pay 3 fees for ONE check being sent.

Did you use Chase bank?

no bank of america. It didnt have anything to do with my bank. It was Bodogs bank.

I just recieved a check in like 6 days and it cleared with no problems. Now, I also did a cash out using the debit card option and only could withdraw 340 of the 600 I was supposed to get. Bodog customer support has been horrendous. I basically call them up everyday for an update to my issue and they act like I've never mentioned this problem to the before.. I have to explain the entire situation.. they tell me they need to talk such and such department or whatever and they will call me back. They never call back. And then when I finally have to call them back, I'm back to where I started with having to explain everything. I keep getting asked the same ******ed questions over and over like what's the error message at the ATM.. what don't they understand about INSUFFICINET FUNDS. Also, I'm sick of them telling me the money is on the card and making me run up to the bank like every other day to be sadly disappointed that I can't even withdraw 20 dollars. I'm not mad that I don't have my money. I'm mad bodog is running me around in circles with no end in sight.
