Bodog quickly responded to all of my emails, here is the latest one:

We have received an update from our Payouts Department that a One Time Exception has been made for your withdrawal to be re-issued via Money Transfer. Once the information becomes available it will be posted to your account messages and emailed to you.

I will update when I receive any more info. I'd just like to say that Bodog responded to all of my emails quickly and effectively. I was stressed at first, but it seems the issue has been settled in a matter of hours.
