It shouldn't be a problem as long at the prepaid card (read: Debit Card) isn't held on a major US Bank. You can always try it. They'll tell you immediately if they can't process the card. I always use my Debit card from my local US Credit Union, and it's never a problem.

And the reload bonus is ++EV.

Meh. They have a cash conversion program that's easy to clear.

Seems roughly equivalent to loyalty programs on the other sites. For example, the same amount of play that earns you a stars hat is about what you need to play in order to earn an amount of poker points to qualify for the minimum conversion on bodog.

What do you find objectionable about the program?

FWIW, I do wish they'd have SOME kind of merchandise, like tshirts and hoodies. But I can live without that stuff.

one would think that i would have a better handle on the specifics of their program after all this time. i will admit that i dont know how many points you get for a raked hand. it certainly FEELS like the worst loyalty program for high volume players (which i used to be but am not anymore).

here is my "free money" comparison for my current sites:
bodog: 28% rb, .01/player point points to cash, reload bonus deducted from rb (clears fairly slowly/cant multitable more than 4/dont use as (used to be?) hard to get money back off site)
absolute: 33% rb, reload bonus NOT deducted from rb (clears slowly), rake race, .007/player point points to cash
playersonly: 30% rb, reload bonus deducted from rb (clears very fast/uses contrib method), rake race, gold cards, gold chips

edit: it looks like you get 1 point max/contrib raked pot at bodog. this never increases no matter how much you play (oh ya, you can get double points if you play enough, i forgot). lol? .01 cash back for $3 raked pot?! im not familiar with ftp or stars at this point, but i know they are much better. AP gives you up to 5x more points for the same rake, not to mention all the other free money. anyway, dont get me wrong: there are positives and negatives to all the sites. i just think the "rewards program" at bodog is the worst in the industry.

Payout Requested 1/31/09
Approved 1/31/09
Sent out fedex 2/3/09
Received via fedex 2/4/09

Excellent payout time, compared to Cirrus Casino where Ive been waiting 6 Weeks for Cirrus to send me my payout.

Bodog has just earned my trust and confidence as they communicated with me the whole time.

A+++++ service and payout time.

Just had a check from bodog bounce. Anyone had this happen before? They pretty good at resolving it? I've gotten probably 8 checks from them and this is the first one to bounce...

Wow. Is this right?

Cashouts no longer take 2 months?

I've been playing on Stars and was thinking about cashing out Dog, and waiting the 2 months to move it to Stars.

But if they are this fast, now I don't know.

Unreal. One week??????

I had a less than one week turnaround on a recent check for about $400... but it is dated for one month from now, so I suppose I have to wait a month to cash the damn thing. Still, I am somewhat impressed by the turnaround time on the physical check. This isn't a terrible deal since I wasn't expecting to actually get my money until the 1st or 2nd week of March, so not much has changed. However, I want to know, have any of you had the date on your checks botched recently?

Sounds like they screwed the check up... I would email support because if they lose/switch bank accounts before the date comes (very possible in the current climate) you won't be able to cash it and it will bounce...

"dealing with it" is a fairly involved process. i finally got pissed, and demanded to speak with a supervisor. he was very competent, actually. the entire process took a few weeks. they had me re-depos the check, which worked. they refunded all of my fees that i incurred into my bodog account. the problem with this is that they were counted as bonii and deducted from my mgr with regards to rakeback, which is ridiculous. that is money right back out of my pocket. for something that was THEIR problem, i wasnt impressed in the least.

64 hours by courier.

Only problem was the pencil-rubbing of my CC on the verification form: I had to buy pencils and a sharpener to fill it out.
