We all have identical stories. You are going to have to check your mailbox as our bank will send you the magical reason why the check was returned (hint it's NOT account closed) in 3-5 business days. And you will find out that the reason is IRREGULAR SIGNATURE. Not your signature obviously. Then you fax that to bovada or jpg pdf. Then it will take 2 days for the processor to respond. That's the stage i'm in right now and Ill update when I have more info. Bovada will refund you the $15 fee obviously in the meantime and I am frustrated just like you. I received 2 identicals checks both for 3k. One bounced in about 15 business days and the second one bounced in like 12 hours. The checks are wider than usual and every single one will bounce at boa.

I understand your frustration as I needed that 6k and I even at one point asked bovada cs if they were braindead (I later apologized.) The biggest problem is that OUR bank simply can not provide the magical 'stamp' until 3-5 business days after a returned item. Bovada will basically not act till you get that. Therefore you are going to be asking the bank for stuff and they are going to be looking at you like 2+2 = orange. You will get it in the mail though.


Like I said I have confidence a bodog always pays its debts and I will update when I have more info, but being out 6k is a real stinkeroo.

nobody knows for sure, like I said earlier I cashed 2 checks on the 20th, but I don't know that they won't turn out bad later on.

Have sent the copy of check by email and then they send it to payment processor for payment cancellation. I did not ask them to do that, in fact I wanted to try and deposit it at my other bank, but they never allowed me. I have sent them numerous emails and called them many times but I only receive generic useless info. They said it would take 15 business days on average just to confirm the cancellation. WTF?

It seems that they have major issue with their latest payment processor. This is not an isolated case, after reading few posts, it seems people who checks in November are in trouble.

Worst part is, I am not sure if trying another cashout would work, since if it same processor what's the purpose until this will get resolved.

When you talk to them on the phone, it almost as if they are trying to insult your intelligence by claiming that it wasn't really a bad check, but just bad signature.. I mean really?

After this, Bovada image of being honest and always send good checks went down the drain (at least for me) now.

I just got an email saying they had a tracking number for me regarding a recent payout request.

I just logged on and clicked on MY ACCOUNT, but I fail to see a tracking number.

Where do I find my tracking number?

(Might be a moot point since it appears their checks are bouncing!)

cashed one on the 12th and one on the 19th. I called the bank just to make sure and the person I spoke with was certain that the transactions were finalized and the checks cleared.

My bovada check just bounced . The reps need me to send in copies of rejection letter and copy of check. so basically I got double the payout size hole in my account right now plus fees until "they" get documentation.

my bank called today as well and said check is no good. i asked if it was just because it was foreign and was told that it actually bounced...huge bummer

it was a Canadian check had to b converted to USD. deposited las Monday, bounced yesterday

my check was from up north and had no probs depositing via teller. i dont remember when but it was before thanksgiving and cleared next day. bounced either yesterday or today im assuming

I don't know how a check can clear then weeks later it bounces.

Also the check that I deposited from up north said "US funds" below the amount. Are the checks bouncing not in US funds?

Yep.. looks like mine from last week just bounced as well. Funds are "on hold" at BOA.

It happened to me before. Sometimes even the check will arrive before the tracking number would be available. If anything, just call them.
