if you dont have online banking to get up to date info on your account....

just go to your bank and get a print out, take a photo of it with your phone and send it to them...i've had to do this in the past and they have accepted it

Curious to know how long the process was once you sent them the statement?

I had the same problem where I did a 20k wire and they only sent ~16900 in multiple wires. I had to screenshot my balance to prove this and it took a few days going back and forth but I did receive the remaining balance less $35. Just initiated another wire payout on 1/14. I got the last 2985 on 1/19 so I'm not 100% sure that its from the first payout or the one from 1/14.

At this point, I just want the money in my acct so I can get a check, this is ridiculous. I have sent screenshots and pdf statements, and have heard nothing back. They also said it may take another 10 days to find out what happened.

Jan 30: i took the check to the major U.S. bank that the check was affiliated with and even though i do not bank with this bank, after about 30-40min they cashed it for me, fee free. they did ask a few questions, however, but i just told them it was a check for a job that i just started over the internet, in which i make online commissions. hope this helps.

I just cashed out recently from Bovada with a check. I requested the payout on Jan 15 and received it on Jan 25 which is a quick turnaround in my experience with cashing out of any poker site. Good to know they are on top of it, also the check cleared in 24 hours at my bank so Bovada doing something right, unlike their anonymous tables.

Still waiting on my wire. Today is business day 15. I've sent bank statements. It was req and app'd Jan 9. On Jan 12 I received communication form them that it had been completed (by the processor) and that I should have it within 5 business days (included a "descriptor"). They just keep telling me to "Kindly have patience." Had I not received the "5 day" completion email, I wouldn't be as frustrated.

I did a 20k and I received 4900 on 1/27 and then got an email on 1/28 that said my next one would be delayed. Today they put the remaining 10k in my account and told me that they are converting all the payouts to checks and no longer doing bank wires.

1/14 i requested and it was approved the next day. I never get the emails that state I should get the wires in X amount of days, it just shows up. Just weird that I receive a wire on friday, the email about the delay on the next one on saturday, and then monday they just no longer available. Sucks, hopefully you get your wire and they get those up and running soon

Holy Moly. I just got off the phone with them. They are NOW telling me that they can't do anything until Wednesday. So now it's "If you don't get your $$ by Wednesday you can give us a call back."

yes, no problem in the past with them, when they've shown in bank acct anywhere from 1-4 business days after they said it was processed

I've done wires in the past as well (Well.... with bodog). never had an issue- usually took 2-4 days.

I am waiting for a wire from 01/01. They have asked for a running statement, which I don't have since my statement cycle hasn't ended so I don't have a statement to show them. I took a screenshot of my activity since the wire request and sent it, but it wasn't good enough. This back and forth bs has been going on for a week and I still have no clue what happen to my wire.

I only contacted support once, it was ~7 business days after processing, and they assured me that "5 business days" was just an estimate and I could expect it soon. I'm not particularly worried since they've been very good with payments with few delays in the past, so i'm sure this is a minor processor glitch. Just a bit inconvenient.
