I requested a rapid transfer of $800 yesterday which took only a few hours. Much easier and quicker if you want the money fast. The fee is $60 for rapid transfer of $800

Cashed out and approved 1k on 12/19.
Can I also request a rapid transfer even though I didn't deposit via that method?
Also, at what outfits would you pick up a rapid transfer...wu etc?

Rapid Transfer is money gram. Also you will not be able to cashout using this method if you deposited a different way. Call cs and request 1, that's your best chance.

Yea CS told me I just had to deposit that way once to activate the rapid transfer withdrawal option.

Looked it up. Looks like $100. Once people have initiated a rapid transfer cashout, how long have you waited? Also, at this point, does my only cashout option become rapid transfer, or can I also still do checks?

I will try to deposit it at the ATM, but I don' think the ATM accepts these. I'll have to go to a teller. It was approved 12/19, but the check date is 12/29 so it looks like they take a while to cut the check. As long as it doesn't bounce, that's all that matters

I got WU deposit info so that it would become an available withdraw method for me. They told me it still wouldn't because it hasn't been my accounts primary deposit method for long enough and I haven't have enough deposits with it.

I assume this is bull**** and that people have deposited with CCs and WU and have check/WU withdraw both as options?

So unreal having to deal with this level of customer support, especially when you need a translator to talk to them on the phone.

I just went and deposited it in the ATM didn't go to the teller so I plan on not touching it for a couple weeks to make sure it doesn't bounce but the check did look really legit and wasn't hand written like I read in OP and my check also came from Canada give me a heads up smokin thanks!!

Same here, Five. Went in, they called and faxed over copy to verify.... wait 40 minutes, then cash in hand ( didn't have an account at that bank). gl.

So apparently the deposit I made on 12/29 for a 1k check was removed from my account and they just told me that it can take up to 6 weeks for the funds to be made available.

Anyone have any advice how to avoid this for the next check I receive?
