Are checks the only cashout method at Bodog?
I just saw today they are now offering cashouts thru Nucharge. Looks like Nucharge is acting like Neteller now. Please post here if you cash out with this new method. I want to see how long this cashout method takes. Thanks!

I think you have had to made a Nucharge deposit to have the payout option available. 20 mins to payout via Nucharge you say?? Next question is how long does Nucharge take to deposit it in your bank acct?

Nucharge is the same as AddFunds.com on Absolute poker(your account number and password are the same for both),so if you have used Addfunds with any success then Nucharge will probably work fine, too. I waited over a month for an Addfunds ACH withdrawal, which was supposed to take just a few days, and finally had to cancel and request a check. I guess i'll have to give them another chance, tho.

Date requested: 5/27
Date received: 7/7; well past the 20 days but I knew that was going to happen. Long as I got it and it doesn't bounce/get rejected, I'm happy.

Requested: 5/3
USPS tracking number received: June 7
Still no check.

The very nice CS people at Bodog keep telling me that it's on its way, no problem. I have my doubts.

wow, it seems this is a standard email going out. My request was done June 12th. Here is the latest.

Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.

In regards to your inquiry, we can see that you had a payout request
processed on June 12/07 via Check by Courier.

We understand that it has gone past the estimated time frame of 20
business days; however, please keep in mind that the
estimated time frame a client can expect to receive their payout is
dependent on the amount of pending withdrawals in our
system at the time. If we receive a rapid influx in payout request, the
estimated time frame may fluctuate. Therefore, you
may receive your payout before the 20th business day or your check may
take longer than the estimated time frame that we have
provided to you.

At this time we are not able to give you an exact time frame when you
can expect to receive your check; however, was
guarantee that our clients will receive their withdrawals.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to
contact us.

Best Regards,
Customer Service

Update on my previous posts. I got my check (1st one $2000) from Fedex on July 3rd. So 30 days after my request I had the money in my hands. After depositing it my bank put a hold on it for 2 business days and on that following Monday I had the funds cleared.

Waiting for info on second check, at 17 business days.

Why does PokerStars not have any processor issues?? I'd love the answer to that question.
The "processor" universe includes the whole spectrum. At one end are squeaky clean companies that won't touch any gambling. At the other end are people who do financial heavy lifting for drug smugglers.

PokerStars is strictly a poker site whereas Bodog is a major sports book with poker. That makes Bodog and anyone who helps them prime targets for prosecution. Many processors who would work for Stars may consider Bodog too radioactive to touch. Those that do work for Bodog probably charge extra and are much more careful to cover their tracks. That translates into lower throughput, delays, and higher transaction costs.

How long from getting a tracking number until it actually shows up on fedex.com? (Or a package shows up?)

I got my number for 6/11 withdraw on Thursday.

I think that's what we're all trying to figure out. My gf talked w/ someone at Bodog and they said that you usually receive your check w/in a couple days. If that's true, how stupid is it to send a tracking number for something when it's almost there?

If thats true it makes me furious cause I still haven't gotten one for the check I requested on 6/10.

I also talked to a supervisor for Bodog on the phone, and she said that a lot of times the payment processor doesn't send out the Fedex tracking numbers right away, so a lot of people are getting their tracking numbers after they get their checks.

Requested a 4k payout on June 14th.

Still no check or FedEx tracking number - 24 business days and counting.

Anyone receive a check from a date later than this?

did you guys have it delivered by courier?

Check by courier is clearly taking more than the 20 business days they say. However, I just made another withdrawal via Nucharge and that was almost instant. In light of that I just went on the phone to cancel my previous check request (on its 15th business day and they can still cancel it, so clearly hasn't been processed/sent yet), and I'll be resubmitting the withdrawal using Nucharge.

Nucharge was very sketchy when it first arrived on the scene but the site looks a lot more professional now and the support was actually fairly quick with its responses to my questions. From the other thread in this subforum it seems like people are getting money into their bank account within a weeks time from when they request an e-check off Nucharge, so that seems like the best way to go.
