I had deposited via Bitcoin in February and played for a couple months basically breaking even, so I shouldn't have any playthrough requirements. It says my whole balance is eligible for withdrawal. Could they need some form of ID verification? Who/what would be the best point of contact to get this resolved?
Are you using the right btc address? They need a legacy address. Theyvstartvwoth the #1. The bc1 addys are not valid there.

Next thing to try, using Legacy addy, use an incognito window and different browser if possible. I think, not positive, there is a cookie that hangs this up

OK, newbie here still trying to learn how to use crypto to fund Ignition.

1) I've set up a Coinbase Account and tied it to my bank.

2) I've set up my wallet (Exodus)

3) I purchased about $250 of BTC. Now what?

4) I assume I move the BTC to my wallet but Coinbase said I have to wait 7 days for the funds to go from my bank to them. But if this is an ACH, isn't it supposed to be fee free? They charged me 1 1/2%. I keep reading that transactions are supposed to be fast.

5) Anyway, I can wait. But what do I do next? Do I xfer to the wallet and then I xfer from my wallet to Ignition (I assume Ignition gives me an address?).

Sorry guys I'm new at this. Please advise

Mel
Correct.

When it's free to move, send to exodus wallet. Tap receive/down arrow in exodus after you hit bitcoin tab. Then copy that wallet address or crtl+c. Then go to coinbase, bitcoin, send, paste or crtl+v. Double check the address is correct. Basically look at first and last 4 or 5 characters. If the same, hit send, and it will show in exodus in a little bit. CB is slow.

Then basically repeat proceed with poker site. Usually have to do crtal+c/crtl+v if using desktop. Mobile is easier to copy and paste. Poker site usually has a QRC. Then go to exodus, arrow up, and you can scan the QRC instantly. Enter dollar amount and hit send.

Dewd:

Thanks for the quick detailed reply. Just a few more queries.

1) How long does it take to go from CB to my wallet. Does a "little bit" mean hours, or...?

2) How long from wallet to Ig. (my guess: fast)

3) To cash out from Ignition after making my fortune, do I go from Ig. to wallet to CB to bank?

4) If so, how long from Ig to wallet (my guess: slow)

1. 15 - 60 minutes. CB trades against customer volume.

2. Exodus to poker site, seconds.

3. Correct

4. Iggie is very fast. If it takes 2 hrs I'd be shocked. Sometimes in minutes.

Feel free to PM if you have any specific questions. Its confusing at first but after 4 or 5 transactions you will zip through it in seconds.

Got this sorted out last night. Turns out my phone number needed to be re-verified. Live chat helped me out and I was able to fully request a withdrawal. Which was denied because apparently I only played through about 25% of my initial deposit, haha. Looks like I have some more playing to do.

Thanks for the help, though. I'll start using legacy addresses going forward.

Speaking of bonuses, if I deposit $100 BTC (my initial BTC deposit) and get a 50% bonus ($50), when can I cash out my bonus? Is it after I used my $100 or is it 10X the $100 or...??

Newby with BTC. Recently joined CB. Deposit left my bank Thursday. CB confirmation indicated funds would be available to send on 7/21. So far, they are not. I actually thought it would be available sooner. Is there a problem or is this typical?

Typical.

Some payment methods you have the ability to stop and they try to wait that out until you've developed a track record with them.

Royal pain in the ass

It takes an extra fee, but if you deposit with your debit card instead of your bank account, you don't have to wait for the funds to clear.

2. I'd not recommend Blockchain wallet for any poker gamble monies if you are in US. Since they accept ans process transactions directly with US banks they are subject to the clauses of the UIGEA.

So use an intermediary wallet. I use exodus,

https://www.expdus.com

Many options for currencies in wallet.

3. Litecoin vs bitcoin in that LTC is cheaper and faster, usually. Cheaper as in transferring. So if you receive #1K into exodus and then send to exchange for sale, HTC is currently around $6.50 and LTC is $.26 so much cheaper. Even when btc feea are crazy high, LTC is much cheaper and still around the 25-28 cent level.

Best Avenue of withdrawal:

Poker site > wallet(exodus) > to exchange (CB, Gemini, etc...)

Then sell order, use a limit price for much cheaper fee. Then send to your bank.

If you have nitty gritty or personally specific questions, feel free to PM me and try to help.

Otherwise, that's you best route played out above
Since receiving this helpful advice I've created accounts on Exodus and Gemini and have numerous successful withdrawals. However, after making a w/d using one each of Litecoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash, Ignition is no longer allowing me to use these coins. They say I need an unique address every time I w/d, and Exodus is not providing new addresses for these other coins. I e-mailed Exodus support and they said they only have the ability to continually create new addresses for bitcoin and no other coins. So if I'm not mistaken I'm practically now only allowed to w/d via bitcoin. Am I missing something? I'd like to able to use all the coins and others aren't having this issue as far as I've seen.

Also, the fee on Gemini to "sell" whichever crypto to USD in order to w/d it to my bank account is pretty high. Is there a way to avoid or mitigate this? Can funds be simply transferred between currencies? I'm under the impression that I'm actually selling my balance of whatever coin on the market for somebody else's USD.

Looks like you've found a bit of a glitch with exodus. Like most companies, their CS is pretty bad....and wrong.

Settings > Portfolios and create a new portfolio. Each portfolio has it's own unique set of addresses.

As an example, create Bovada1 portfolio. Then use the LTC and Eth address for next two withdrawals. Then create Bovada2, etc.....

Search exodus portfolio for very detailed info. Sad their own team isn't aware of one of their big features.

I've followed your advice and I'm already receiving a new w/d via Litecoin. Thanks a lot! I never would have figured this out on my own. It is quite funny and telling that their CS didn't understand what I was saying but you did immediately.

I went to respond to your PM but it said your inbox is full and you can't receive more PMs. In any case I appreciate your message, I'm always looking for places to play my original love, LHE, and I will check out your recommendation.

Sad actually, isn't it? I've used maybe 5 or 6 wallets and none compare to exodus for me. We have a large discord I think it's become the go to wallet for most people, as far as software wallets and not hardware ones.

Not sure w&at the catalyst was but suddenly I see FLHE games running and even with waitlists. I'm bloody terrible at the game just scroll by them. [Bodog] Bovada/Ignition payout thread for US players (DO NOT post bank names)

My only issue with Exodus is that it isn't open source, and has little reason not to be.

Not allowed more portfolios?? Never heard of that before.

You can either set up new user account on computer or not link your wallet on different devices .

If you are up a new local user on computer, then just download exodus to that and it will be brand new.

If you have multiple devices, you can just download exodus onto each and not link them. If you did already, uninstall and redownload without linking once you open it.
