This site has to be the worst in Customer support ever had an issue with the balance as it was displaying a number that was 100 dollars off then magically fixed itself a little bit later on. Asked them what was going on and sent a follow up email when everything was right and now account is disabled.

Hands down dumbest POS employees I have ever dealt with. They really need to get their phone lines up again as their support team is worse than useless

I'm a beginner to crypto and attempting my first cash out from Ignition and think I'm missing something simple so could really use help.

I was attemping this Bitcoin transaction:
(generate BTC address from Ledger Live app):
Ignition > Ledger hardware wallet> Gemini exchange > bank account.

However, the transaction wouldn't go through and Ignition replied that the address needs to be generated from the blockchain.

So do I need to create yet another account and the flow would be this?
(generate BTC address from blockchain.com):
Ignition>blockchain.com>Ledger>Gemini>bank account

If you're immediately going to exchange. You should be able to skip ledger and go from blockchain to Gemini.

or just generate a legacy address that matches your ledger wallet addresses.

Thank you both. Don't think I'm knowledgeable enough to understand how a legacy address solves the need to generate an address via blockchain, but I'll look into it. Grazie.

I made the mistake of using a bonus code thinking it was for poker but seems only for casino.

This part of the FAQ worries me:

"You redeemed one of our bonuses and no longer want it? There’s an easy way to forfeit it in your Rewards section. But beware: you will lose all the bonuses funds and associated winnings from your existing balance."

What do they mean associated winnings? I was just reloading and the 'bonus money' wasn't even available to play with. I won't lose money I made since that deposit will I?

Wtf? Withdrawal declined no reason given. Asked chat and they said:

Because of our Anti Laundry Money Policy, you need to use all the funds at least one time. In your case, there're $29.29 to be used in order to be able to request a new withdrawal.
What the hell? I've been playing a ton on the site so I dont know what they are talking about. And they cant seem to tell me if this is Casino money I have to wager, or poker tournament buy ins? Or tournament rake?

Any ideas wtf is going on here?

Every site I’ve ever played on has this. It’s so criminals can’t wash their money. Go to your account transactions and look at “money out” since your last deposit. It has to be equal or greater than the deposit. Example: If you deposit 100 and you are playing mtts, you will need 100 in mtt buyins before you can cash out

Anybody have experience making a deposit to their account using a CH@$E debit card? I usually use a prepaid card but there are a lot of fees to load money this way. I just don't want CH@$E deleting my account for trying to send money to an overseas company..

Just processed my first withdrawal on Ignition and got my account suspended immediately. Waiting for a response from security. Amount was for ~$1.4k. Deposited earlier in the day via debit card for $500.

First off they aren’t going to let you withdraw until your credit card clears. Most sites make you wait at least 5-7 business days. They also make you play through your deposit. For example if you deposit 500 you will need 500 in mtt buyins before you can withdraw. You will also need to verify your account with ID and the card you used at some point

Had a bitcoin w/d processed (the 2nd email saying its complete) like usual and 12 hours later the money isn't in my wallet. They said they're experiencing delays and I have nothing to worry about. Anyone experience this?

I dont know, but I've never really had any issue withdrawing from ignition via bitcoin whatsoever. They've actually been exceedingly quick about their withdrawals, under 24 hours, usually less than 12hrs in my experience!

However, this time they are dragging me over 2 days. And I happened to have withdrawn my entire account to get it into bitcoin asap while its at a low.....however they say it's too late to cancel at this stage. And I cannot deposit while a withdrawal is pending, so that leaves me unable play games or do anything with the client.

I actually redownloaded ACR, put $1k in and am firing up, on break as I type this. Glad to see I still run as awful as I always did on that site, reminds me while I rage quit and uninstalled it months ago in the first place

Seems slow. They sent out an email that said 24 hour btc withdrawals a couple months ago. Either way they are doing great with the cashouts nowadays.

BTC request: 9/11 at 2:52 a.m.
BTC received: 9/11 at 3:54 a.m.

When the Bovada client says you have one BTC withdrawal per three days, is that three days from from the exact minute, or just three calendar days?

Yep, my BTC withdrawal just cleared. Took over 3 days, which is actually the longest I've seen them take in a long time. Especially when they just released a "Commitment to the Players" statement in which they said they would process all BTC withdrawals under 48 hours...but alls well that ends well

I've had a couple BTC withdrawals this week and both were received in about an hour. Pretty insane. Both were low 4 figures.

I don't play poker here anymore as I do not trust anonymous, no chat poker but after a good weekend at the sportsbook I received my bitcoin withdraw within 90 minutes. Can't beat that.

FYI, Coinbase Pro just increased their fees. I used to recommend Coinbase/Pro for exactly this reason, but it looks like they’re lining up with every other exchange now. Not sure what’s optimal now for withdrawals.
