requested btc w/d, got the email that it was processed this morning but still isn't in my wallet. email says it may take an average of 24 hours to receive payment but I've never had it not show up right after the email. anyone else had this happen?

Bodog support said they are having some technical difficilties at the moment with heir btc payment system and there will be some delay. It has not hit my wallet for two days after the email.

My account is fully verified and I just went thru this song and dance in September. But when I requested a btc withdrawal I got an email asking for a govt issued photo ID and proof of address. I literally have a message from ignition in my ignition inbox congratulating me on fully verifying my acct. the level of incompetence here is somewhat stunning. Anyone else had this happen? I'm halfway tempted to ignore and expect wd to process normally but don't want to add time to the process.

Bitcoin. I checked multiple exchange prices and nothing was even close to the price they sent it at within a few hours of when they sent.

I would call but I've never been able to find a contact number for Bodog. (not Bovada or Ignition #, Bodog's)

Waiting just about 3 weeks for withdrawal.

Was in review for 1 week then asked for documentation (ID + proof of address)

Sent both

Waited 1 week then said my document wasn't within 60 days... it was when i sent it they literally just waited so it wasn't within 60 days.

Sent another bill 5 days ago

Canceled my withdrawal today for no reason because I didn't sent my bill in time?

Talked to support they recommended... "I just wait a little white longer"

Well that answers my question pretty well. Guess I'm in for a real excrement show... had you previously done the verification documents prior to this withdrawal?

Sorry, don't know Bodog's number. Only know Bovada & Ignition.

The bitcoin price got skimmed by one of their shady processors. I've had the same crap done to me countless times when it involved wire transfers where they sent the money by foreign currency. (My BTC withdrawals have always been ok, though.)

Good luck proving it to them, though. You will get plenty of resistance.

They were pretty useless each time I chatted with them. Waited over 9 days for my BTC withdrawal, each time they just said "It's still in review".

Tbh I would've said the same, but my last experience with them making a BTC mistake went very well. They accidentally paid me twice to my btc wallet, then tried to deduct the second btc payment from my account retroactively a week later when they realized it. Only took 2-3 emails and they admitted their processor made a mistake sending two withdrawals and credited my account

Maybe try cancelling the withdrawal and trying again? Sounds more like an error than an actual ID verification request.

Requested a check by courier withdrawal in late October.

Took 2 weeks and 3 emails to get the withdrawal approved - among other things they insisted my PO Box be removed from my address, not just that my street address be added. This scared me a bit as I live in a rural area where Fedex and UPS very often hand packages off to the post office for final delivery rather than giving door to door service.

Once it got approved, I got a tracking number the next day, and the fedex envelope came (to my door) on schedule. Shipped from Quebec, and the check drawn on a Canadian bank I won't name was for 2 cents more than my request - I assume that means a conversion from C$ to US$ happened at the time the check was cut, even though my account is US$-denominated.

Anyway, bottom line, slowish approval, but got my money without incident.
