Interesting chat...all for just under $1000. A friend of mine had a withdrawal processed a day after submission, and it was submitted a few days after mine, so this "order it was received" seems like BS.

Rep - Thanks for your patience.

Me - No problem - I requested a withdrawal over 5 days ago

Rep
Your withdrawal is still under review, you will be notified once it has been processed.

Me
Your guidance says 24-72 hours

Me
It has been over 148 hours

Me
Do we have an estimate of when?

Me
I've never had it take over 72 hours in any of my withdrawals, so this is a bit of a concern

Rep
All requests are looked at in the order they are received and the timeframe given is approximated.

Rep
It all depends on the amount of requests that are in queue.

Me
Right, but if I submitted a request on October 19, and someone submits it on October 22, how do they receive the withdrawal on October 23, if I submitted before them?

Me
Shouldn't mine be in the queue before them, since you said it is about the order it was received?

Rep
The Withdrawal Team is working to have the queue cleared.

Me
Is there an updated estimate?

Me
Instead of 24-72 hours?

Me
Or can you escalate this to a supervisor please?

Rep
I do understand your frustration at this time but there is a process that all withdrawal requests goes through.

Me
Can you describe the process, or escalate please?

Me
Because right now it seems like "just wait"

Rep
I can send a message to the team to check on the withdrawal. That is the most I can have done at this time.

Me
Ok, and what timeline is the response coming in? Will they respond now or?

Rep
I can't provide a timeframe.

Me
So how do I see this message that is sent to them? Will you send an email to them and CC me? How does this work

Me
I've never had to wait this long for a withdrawal from Bovada - always has been 24-72 hours MAX

Rep
Your withdrawal is still under review and when it is processed you will be notified.

Me
Can you please escalate to a supervisor

Rep
I will have it sent over.

Me
Ok, does my chat get sent to them or? Do I wait here?

Rep
Everything is recorded.

Me
I understand that

Me
But how do I speak to them

Me
Do I wait here, or am I moved to a new chat

Me
or how does this escalation process work

Me
Its very unclear currently

Rep
You will not be moved to a new chat as we do not transfer chats. When an update is available you will be notified.

Me
So there is no evidence of an escalation, it is just "wait for your withdrawal"?

Me
Guess I'll just wait...

If you have a cashout issue, you should be on the phone with them every day.

I've had recent success with BTC withdrawal (processed within 24-36 hours), BUT...

Today, tried multiple times, entered amount, pin, BTC address (new one each attempt), got an error message, something like "Oops, something went wrong, refresh and try again."

Anyone else having this problem? I called Ignition, agent offered amazing suggestions such as clear cache, "are you sure you are connected to the Internet?", etc etc etc.

Dude, chill! BTC can move quite a bit in an instant. Take a look for yourself at the recent price history.

Thanks, good to know it's not just my account. Call Ignition, obviously they are no help.

No you chill. It's been 5 days and no reply. BTC transfers shouldn't take no more than a day. It's better for them the BTC price is higher so why are you even bringing up recent price history? Do you even know how BTC cashouts work? Anyway GTFOH, I wasn't even talking to you initially mind your own business.

14 days waiting again here.

Anyone even thought / suspect that the slow BTC cashout is linked through some kind of BTC trading with bodog?

there has to be a reason that it goes from insta cashout to weeks of waiting for BTC cashout and always completely random. They might have full time hired traders and delay the cashout when it's not good for them?

Also I've noticed that I often often get cashout when BTC prices are at his highest in that period

Jesus christ, point your anger in the right direction. Call them up on the phone and talk to them. Bitching out a user here, on a forum with no connection to the site, is wasting your energy.

Noticed I haven't been receiving an email when the btc has been processed/sent to my wallet. With that being said, I received a btc payout in ~60 hours this week.

I have always cashed out on bodog via ecopayz, but the option is actually not available for me anymore on my cashier and I dont know why. Just tried re-depositing via it and still not there. Anyone got any idea? Maybe I reached the withdraw limit (is this a thing)?

The bank wire money is always available in my bank account in 4 or 5 days after initial request. I put the check into my bank's ATM for deposit and it was available for use about 10 days after the initial request. Hope this helps.
