2scoops, I just now received my BTC withdrawal less than 8 hours after requesting it early this morning. So you unfortunately ended up on the wrong end of variance. On a positive note there is no site wide problem with payments besides the random few. Stay strong, you will get paid.

I set a routine for my withdrawals for the slow middle of the week instead of busy weekends and ever week or two if bankroll is growing even if I don't need the money immediately.

If you are legit, you will get paid! Close to a decade with bodog/bovada/ignition, I always got paid. And we had some rough rides, back in the day...

It's more of a when, not "if" for me. Watching others post here using the same withdrawal method but receiving their funds way sooner (after withdrawing later than me) is frustrating.

Most of them have a history, i.e. confirmed legit. E.g. today, it only took them 7 hours to process my BTC withdrawal.

I have been with bovada for over a decade. Now maybe you can understand my frustration.

Your withdrawal has been a train wreck, but it has been the exception not the rule. If you don't get it by Monday I would cancel and start again, but I would wait it out until then.

I've been waiting ~100 hours as well for BTC withdrawal. Long history on Bovada as well. Will update when it comes through.

I made my first withdrawal on Wednesday, then contacted support and they pushed it through.

I am yet to receive any funds 2 hours later (email stated approved etc and will take 15mins).

Question - how long does it usually take to receive the funds once you get the confirmed email? I contacted chat support and they said "it has been sent, nothing we can do, you will have to contact "Blockchain" - that makes no sense and has me worried.

I then noticed that during my 48 hour waiting period for my withdrawal, my ledger then used the address to receive a small transaction on the BTC address I used for the withdrawal on ignition. Would this delay / affect my withdrawal?

Quite concerned that they have said it's been sent and to "contact blockchain".

I have now emailed support with a full run down of events.

Emailed support for an update and got the stock response "Still under review...48-72 hrs just an estimate".

~120 hrs and counting. Think this is the longest wait I've had since they started offering Bitcoin.

I like Samourai wallet for BTC. Don't have any interest in BCH.

Update: I have called support and they have said it's confirmed on their end but the blockchain network is slow at moment and to wait. They also said for me to "contact blockchain" to resolve at their end.

This makes no sense.

Any chance they're low on BTC or playing the market? My withdrawal was approved 2-3 hours ago (received email) and have received Nothing!!

They're definitely not "playing the market". Certainly a possibility the Bitfinex fiasco is affecting them in some way.

They've always been reliable and no reason to think otherwise this time.

130+ hours and counting for my bitcoin withdrawal.

I am using electrum wallet.

so it's pending for 130 hours ? Mine was pending for 48 hours and then I got on chat and they processed it pretty much straight away.

The problem now is it's been approved (email sent) yet nothing is showing in my BTC wallet for over 4 hours.

Anyone aware if it ALWAYS has to be a new/generated address for withdrawals? I have never withdrawn from the site before and generated a new BTC address to get my funds but since received one small transaction in/out (2 in total) during the period I was waiting.

I went to live chat and the lady told me that the bitcoin network is congested and I need to wait for confirmations for my withdrawal to show up in my wallet. I said I don't think you're understanding... my withdrawal has not been processed yet (it's still "Requested") and she said no sir I do understand, I reached out to the withdrawal team and that is what they told me. So I go check my bovada account, money still in there... withdrawal still requested and ZERO messages from bovada. I said so Joyce, you are telling me that my withdrawal has been APPROVED and I'm just waiting on the bitcoin network? She replied with "Yes sir that is correct". Complete BS. My withdrawal is not APPROVED. I called phone support and she told me the process takes 24-48 hours and they are delayed because of all of their withdrawal requests.

I said with all due respect I'd like to speak with a supervisor. She said one moment while I try to locate one, do you mind holding for 2-3 minutes? I said sure. She comes back after 3 minutes and says it will be a few moments longer do you mind being put on hold. I said sure. She comes back finally and says a supervisor is not available at this time but she can have someone call me back when they are available. This is currently where I am at. Bovada is close to losing my business.

Not sure what you all mean by ''playing the market'', but for them to not at the very least hedge their BTC holdings with BTC futures would be reckless. BTC is way too volatile , and is way too susceptible to market manipulation.

Update: Finally received the bitcoin in my wallet.
Total time: 1 hour short of 6 days. (143 hours total)

I never received a call back from the supervisor as I was informed I would. Overall it was a pretty rough experience with Bovada. Told many different things along the way that weren't true. I will say I've had good experiences with them but this one in particular wasn't that.
