Just got off the phone with Bovada, and supposedly they are going to "accelerate it", whatever that means. Was given an hour timeframe...

When the trading range is easily 10%, these bums are being petty and are splitting hairs over pennies... NOT COOL!!!

i just tried to withdraw, only to be asked, for the first time, for a 4 digit pin code, which i don't have.

i got a hold of support and they said it's something we are prompted to create when we use the ignition website, as of last month.

i created it by logging into the website, which i normally don't use, and being immediately prompted to do so.

i entered it on the withdraw page of the client, and it seems to have worked.

it took me 45 minutes to get support on the phone, so hopefully this saves someone else some time.

Hello All. :-)

I play at both Bovada and Ignition. I wondering if you guys could let me know if you think I am using a buffer. I noticed that most of you say to buy at coinbase and transfer to a wallet then purchase in casino. Then when you cash out, you go casino, wallet, then back to coinbase.

This is what I do.

I purchase coins with my US bank card on coinmama and have the coins sent to my bitpay wallet. I then purchase BTC from my bitpay wallet to the casino. Then when I cash out, I have the coins sent to my bitpay wallet. I have Bitpay VISA debit card as well, and once I receive my BTC back in my bitpay wallet, I then fund my Bitpay Visa from my Bitpay wallet. I then can go to ATM and withdraw funds from my Bitpay Visa card.

Some of your terminology doesn't make sense, but guessing what you mean, it sounds like you are doing everything correctly.

I hope this helps clarify.

I originally got a Bitpay wallet so I could cash out. However once I cashed out I didn't know how to get my funds from BTC in my wallet to my bank account.

So... I ordered a Bitpay Visa Debit card.
Once I received the Bitpay Visa Debit card, I funded it by transferring from my Bitpay Wallet where my cashed out money was sitting. I then withdrew the cash from my Bitapy Debit Card at an ATM

Well then I wanted to play again, but didn't know how to fund my wallet to purchase at Bovada with Bitcoin as all I had was a wallet.

So....I opened a coinmama account and use my regular bank card to buy bitcoins and have them sent to my Bitpay wallet. Then purchased.

So..when I withdraw I have coins sent to Bitpay Wallet, then I transfer to Bitpay Visa...then I hit the ATM for the cash.

I wondering if I should cashout using my breadwallet...then transfer to bitpay wallet then fund my bitpay Debit card.

Confusing I know. Thanks for all the feedback.

I don't know anything about coinmama, but otherwise your current process sounds fine, i.e. you are using a personal wallet in between ignition and the other parties.

I am not sure what section to post this, as it is a deposit issue....as I have been playing at Ignition for two-years and never seen this before.

For the last 4-hours when I try to initiate a bitcoin deposit on Ignition to get a generated bitcoin address to send deposit with, I get an ERROR...something happened please refresh and try again.

I called and the rep said it was only my account, but she did slip and say well bitcoin is crashing. I do know the price of cryptocurrencies has been hit hard the last two days but she denied this had anything to do with the issue. But all of a sudden a credit card deposit option appeared next to bitcoin, which in two years of playing at Ignition I have never been offered before.

Anyone else having this issue???

I got the same error message yesterday. (on both Bovada & Ignition) I tried switching devices from my Iphone to my laptop...same issue. I kept trying and and refreshing and logging in and out.....it finally took me to the Q code screen.

I purchased today without an issue.

I have also been getting the ERROR incorrect password, when it is the correct password. I hit the SHOW password button and the PW it shows is correct. I have to close browser, delete cookies, open browser and try again for it to work. Anyone else with this issue?

There was a poster back in the summer who stated his Visa Bitpay card was closed for sending funds to a gambling site. I don't if this would apply to your bitpay wallet, but just making you aware. Many of us who use the Visa Bitpay card also use the Mycelium or Electrum wallets.

This brings up kind of an interesting point... Anyone know how much exposure they have to the swings of crypto? Like im sure they hold a certain amount of funds in BTC. How do they "cash out" their crypto? If crypto falls through the floor overnight, are we all basically ****ed as cashing out our funds that are on the site?

This isn't on Bovdog, but I withdrew from there to blockchain last week. Sent a cashout request on blockchain through their sfox thing to my bank. The estimated time for delivery of funds was two days ago. I've done a few of these in the past and they have always shown up at midnight on the date given.

I'm guessing btc losing 1/3rd of it's value(3 days from ~$6500 to ~$4300) in the time between request and payment is the reason. It's annoying, but I understood that this was not a foolproof process, just more convenient than getting bad checks from SE Asia in the mail.

....Get a Bitpay Visa Debit Card. You order online. You fund it with a bitcoin wallet ....it's instant, then you can go to ATM and pull out cash. This is how I do it.

I suspect due to the timing that it may have been flagged and closed for using the bitpay visa card to deposit funds to ACR. Still closed for using the bitpay service for online poker.

It's cheap insurance.

Requested BTC withdrawal on Ignition, processed and in blockchain wallet within 30 minutes. Previous cash out was around 80 hours so I was shocked to see it already.

If they know what they are doing, they can always hedge their exposure in the futures market. In fact, considering bitcoin's volatility, I'd be surprised if they are not hedging.
