Wondering why i haven't gotten a response from Ignition service department regarding a check that i received and was not allowed to cash, now going on 10 days? Dropped it in the overnight deposit box along with another check, realize a month later it never actually showed on my bank statement. Bank tells me they were unable to cash because of the foreign bank, and i would need to personally come pick the check up in person which i am choosing not to do so i don't draw attention to it being from online poker and results in issues with my bank.

I just want the money to be placed back into my account. Ignition is not responding to emails, I just want the money back so i can withdraw it using Bitcoin as it seems to be a lot easier and i won't have to deal with this BS again.

Any insight or similar issues?

Bovada Bitcoin payouts are getting slow. Did one about 4 days ago and I received it in exactly 48 hours. Did another one and now I am at the 60 hour mark with no response yet. Both ~5K

no, they're not getting slow, your account is just being heavily scrutinized for whatever reason. had a withdrawal cleared in less than 12 hours earlier this week

Is it a small credit union or local bank? If so you should be using a major national bank if in the US. Checks from up north can be deposited via the atm and from anywhere else have to be through a teller directly. It being foreign and going in the overnight deposit box probaly made your bank suspicious. Havent cashed out via check in a long time thanks to bitcoin but for the years i did i followed what i wrote above and never had a single problem. You need to call like a poster above said, hope it gets resolved and you get your money soon

Same here. At 60 hours as well. They get us use to speedy withdrawals.

no, they have methods to how/when/who they go about reviewing

you'll get your money if you havent been cheating or breaking TOS in some other fashion

cashouts take varying amounts of time. that's it. he doesn't KNOW that your play is being reviewed. it could just be that for whatever reason they have more cashouts being requested right now. there are lots of possible explanations. 60 hours is not something to get worked up about imo. not yet.

It seems pretty standard that when the BTC price is on the way up they delay longer. They lose money if they just sell right away. So it makes better business sense to wait an extra day or sonfor the price to stabilize. That's why requests were lightning fast when it was on the way down. IMO

I do Blockchain to a BitCoin ATM. There's a ton around me. Fees are pretty reasonable and I just deposit cash in my bank.

yes this sounds reasonable. I haven't used kraken, but its just like any other exchange and your order of transfers is correct. good luck. If you've done it before it should be quick and ready to go

The price of BTC is always on the way up and way down. Have you ever looked at a 5 minute chart? I think it's safe to say Bovada is not speculating on the price of BTC by trying to time the market.

Cashed out a bit over $200 last week to bitcoin and that was processed in about 24 hours.

This week I tried to cash out the rest of my available balance, in the mid four figures. After about 12 hours they sent approximately 40% of the requested amount to the bitcoin address. The rest of the balance still shows in my Bovada account as available for withdrawal, and there is no message in my account inbox nor in my e-mail explaining why they approved an amount less than what I requested and less than what shows as available for withdrawal. This is pretty annoying. I waited more than three days between withdrawals and the amount is well below the $9500 max.

I've opened up a support ticket asking what is going on. The automated response says they should get back to me in 24 hours.

Has anyone else experienced this?
