Probably. But it's strange that people seem to have gotten their withdrawals when they requested it after I have.

Every payout thread on this forum has posts of this nature. Nothing unusual.

I'm in the same boat, if it makes you feel any better. BTC withdrawal request on 27 Aug at 8:45 PM. Still no response. Sent a followup email after 48 hours, no response to that either....though the form email did say it would take up to 24 hours to respond to the follow-up and it hasn't been quite 24 hours yet.

Re: Bodog (Bovada/Ignition) payout thread for US players (DO NOT post bank names)

I'm making my first Bitcoin withdrawal from Ignition and pretty much going to be patient as I see it varies. My question though is the 3-day withdrawal limit. Does it start from the time you request a withdrawal or from the time your last withdrawal was processed?

I do it from the request date and time, never had a problem

Guys, do yourself a favor and stop emailing them. Calling is the best way to resolve or check something. Who waits for the whole 24-48 hour email response system when there is a 24/7 support number to reach???

Re: Bodog (Bovada/Ignition) payout thread for US players (DO NOT post bank names)

Got a BTC payout in 12 hours today.

Anyone every had an issue with bitpay? I sent the money and it never accepted it and the invoice expired. I found one way to get ahold of them but needed a valid reference number. So now I have 3500 sent to bitpay with no credit for it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I posted about this happening to me earlier this month. The invoice expired after 7 days but I e-mailed and got this message within 6 hours:

Requested bitcoin payout last night right before bed, woke up today already processed. Wonder if the ppl who are experiencing delays are requesting max/near max? Mine was for just over 2k

Re: Bodog (Bovada/Ignition) payout thread for US players (DO NOT post bank names)

4 Days now and nothing. Only thing they tell me is that I will receive an update via my messages. I mentioned that others have been getting their withdrawals much sooner and requested after I have, and they just said they cannot discuss other accounts.

My last two withdrawals with them have been flawless. This one is weird.

So, it's impossible to import hand histories into Poker Tracker without using 3rd party software. Is that right?

Re: Bodog (Bovada/Ignition) payout thread for US players (DO NOT post bank names)

Hey all, I am a midstakes 6max player on Ignition and recently requested a $9500 cashout via bitcoin that I never received. In the past, I have done low 6 figures in cashouts via this method with no problem. I always open my blockchain.info account, generate a new address, and copy-paste it into ignition. I never received the money, upon contacting Ignition they sent me the following link showing the money was sent to an address as seen below on blockchain.

https://blockchain.info/address/1DkN...QaBUm1dfQnGiBD

They claim that that is the btc address I submitted, but I can't see how that is possible. Here are possibilities that I have looked into in an attempt to figure out how I messed this up:

-I submitted an address with a typo by copy/pasting and missing 1 number or letter (odds that this would be a valid address are around 1 in 4.2 billion, I don't run that bad ).
-My wallet was compromised (I have no new or unusual logins on my blockchain wallet. Furthermore I checked my list of btc addresses I have generated on blockchain.info, and there is nothing close to the address they claim I submitted. I have 2FA on everything possible)
-My ignition account was compromised, and someone logged in after me canceling my withdraw and requesting a new one to this address (Ignition security told me there are no strange logins or cancellations, furthermore my email and other wallets have no unusual logins)
-I accidentally sent to coinbase or another exchange. This is extremely unlikely as I always use blockchain, but even if I had accidentally done this, the money was cleared out 2 hrs after it hit, at 2:30AM my time when I was asleep.

I am racking my brain trying to figure out how I could have made a mistake and screwed this up, but after talking with some knowledgeable people, I can't see any possible way it was on my end. I'm still open to it and would like to hear ideas anybody has.

If it wasn't on my end, that means that an ignition employee would have had to somehow change the address that it was sent to. There is one peculiar thing I should mention. I was in Canada and ignition froze my account for being outside the US, after about a week of play. They told me I could still withdraw, but I had to call in and have the account temporarily reopened to request a cashout. I spoke with a guy in support who unlocked my account and told me I had a 30 minute window to withdraw. I only bring this up because it may have meant there was someone manually reviewing my withdraw request as I submitted it. Furthermore I believe I dealt with this same person in the future in my numerous phone calls with Ignition trying to get this settled. On two separate occasions while we were discussing the missing $9500, the connection appeared to cut out. I could hear him clearly, but he was claiming to not be able to hear me (the connection was completely clear, and I had no issues before that) saying "Sir, I can't hear you, it appears we are disconnected. If I do not hear a response within 30 seconds I will have to terminate the call. Sir, are you there...etc" before hanging up. This could definitely be coincidental or unrelated but I thought I'd mention it.

At this point I've had 4 phone calls with Ignition, and they've told me if I have no way of proving I didn't submit that address, there's nothing they can do. I'm not sure how I could have real proof. If I was intent on scamming them, I could have generated a normal blockchain address, screenshotted it before submitting, then swapped it out for my secret hidden wallet. This way, even if I had "proof", it wouldn't prove anything.

I want to let everyone know to be more diligent in documenting their cashouts and wallet addresses, and also to ask if A. there's any way I could have screwed up the request. B. where to go from here? Thanks in advance for the help.

TL;DR: midstakes 6m player requests $9500 cashout that clears but never arrives. Further investigation shows it was sent to a btc address that was immediately cleared out after the cashout hit. No unusual wallet/ignition/email login activity, and I have 2FA on everything (except ignit).

4 fig BTC requested 8/31 at 6:40 PM. Received 8/31 at 11:50 PM. Really strange that they don't process them in the order received.
