Called the customer service line a few times over the past week and they keep telling me to wait and that it will go through. I've used BTC for years and there is always a transaction ID. they refuse to give it to me. if they actually sent i could put it through accelerator but they can't give me that info.

10+ year losing customer on Bovada/bodog and after this doubt i'll ever use them again.

I realize the BTC network is congested but waiting 7 days from when they "sent" the withdrawal is unacceptable. also the customer service reps have been awful and have no idea what they are taking about.

Bovada has taken a losing longterm sports better and pissed me off where i doubt i'll do business with them again.
So they're just hoping you'll gamble it up while waiting for your withdrawal to be approved? Seems ****ed up regardless.

They prob just ****ed up, happened few times to me, it should be in your account instantly BUT unconfirmed if it was sent..

It's happened to me 3 times now (once btc and twice bank)

Take a screenshot showing it never made it to your account and call speak to a manager, they will re-credit your account or send it again...

lol and if bitcoin went up during that time would you give Ignition the diffrence?? lol at you even thinking they owe you. request a check next time if you don't want to deal with bitcoin fluctuation which for the most part have been positive.

**** Ignition. I'm so sick of this disconnect ****. Guess online poker is finally dead and time to only play live. Such a ****ing joke. (I'm currently disconnected in the $100K ,but obviously my internet is fine since I'm watching youtube and posting)

So according to the Ignition rep (called customer service) I'm the ONLY one who has been experiencing disconnects today (happened to me twice) and I should "stop believing what people write on the internet."

**** you you rude sack of ****!

I am also experiencing disconnect issues today and did yesterday as well. My tables have frozen multiple times and just now they all disappeared.

Edit: Tables just froze again!!

Requested a payout Fri 5/26
Sat 5/27 it said it was cancelled at my request (I did not cancel)
I called in they told me they have no idea why it cancelled and instructed me to resubmit. Resubmitted 5/27 in the morning-
Called in this morning to make sure nothing else was needed and they said it was fine. 5 min later get an email saying it was cancelled. Called back in and they said there were no notes on account but that it was manually cancelled on their end and that they were submitting again via "priority" but they don't know why it was cancelled...

wtf..

smh...

General question here but if a poker site initiates a withdrawal for a customer via BTC is it possible for the receiver to NOT get a notification in their account that the xfer is 'pending confirmations'? Or will I the receiver always be informed of an incoming transaction?

So has anyone actually recently received a bitcoin cashout within 3-5 days of requesting?

The new cashout issues along with the disconnects are making it pretty hard to have any faith in my bankroll.

Update to this:

They ended up cancelling the cash out and put the money back into my account. For whatever reason the BTC cash out was never sent.

I resubmitted it and this time it went through. Ended up screwing me out of a couple hundred bucks. The first cash out that was cancelled was "sent" when BTC was under 2,300. The resubmitted one was cashed out at 2,367.

Overall i'm just happy to get the withdrawal.

As should be expected, people are much more likely to post about their negative experiences than their positive ones.

I'm over 48 hours as well right now. I'm not overly concerned, with all the refunds they have to be doing right now with all the freezes.

Withdraw for 4 figures was initiated Sunday May 21 to btc address. Still have not received. Run around through support, basically giving no answers and vague replies about they are still looking into issue. They did send me email basically answering that the address was correct (atleast first 4, last 4) which probably means its near 99.9% certainly the correct address.

Worth noting few months ago a $1,000 deposit was virtually lost, and though giving them everything they asked for (documents detailing that I sent them $) they basically also gave me run around then.

Just a public service announcement, going to email them now after finding this thread about possibly cancelling the withdrawal so I can try again. Will update with updates.

Initiated a 4k Bitcoin cash out well over 72 hours ago. I just emailed support and will update once I hear something. Every single payout over the past few years has taken well under 48 hours.

It wouldn't surprise me if they are backed up a bit, due to the night time unplayability lately. I just thought I would post my experience here for information purposes.
