Why do people hate checks so much? If I was a poker site that is the ONLY way I would cash out. Can't they get in trouble for wiring money like FT and Stars?

For whatever reason, when you present the checks, some banks refuse to cash them, they refuse to put them through (even though they will clear).

Politicians and banks make me sick.

Well I would kinda hope that if I have bank wire as a payout option it's all legit.

I received a check from late April in about 8 days and cashed it without any problems so far.

I received a check from early May a couple of days ago but it took about 16 days. I will update this thread if there are any problems cashing it.

I live in Texas and both checks are < $500.

I have never had a problem with a cashout, and I did one just after Black Friday. You can get one check with no fee each month - and they send it FedEx. It has never taken me more than 4-5 days to get one. I'm in the US - don't know if there is any difference for other locations.

requested $200 payout via rapid transfer on 5/13

received email saying that I would have to accept a check because my deposit was with Digital Pin, have not received tracking yet.

really feel that its bull**** to deny a cashout method that I have successfully used in the past with them....does anyone know if making a $100 deposit via rapid transfer would then allow me to cash out $500 currently in my account via that method?

assuming it works the same way money transfer yes.. but when you open up the deposit methods it shows you their respective payout options and it says rapid transfers is checks..

I just received my tracking # yesterday on a check, that was requested on 5/4

I used money transfer a ton in the past, but I had to make a deposit using it so i could have that as a withdrawal method again though, because when I deposited for a bonus like a year ago I used my debit card.

waited about 15 business days for my checks, however got tracking and they were delivered before expected date. Deposited both checks, cleared no problem...def using check option to cashout, legit, and easy...for me that is.

I funded my account through UMW and per Bodog policy they say I have to cashout using the same method. Anybody else found a way around this? I tried asking support if I make another deposit using a different option will I then be able to cash out with a check or bankwire, but they just sent some generic uninformative email back to me.

I am trying to get approved for a cash out on Bodog and first they said my fax documents were too dark, so I scanned it all and emailed it, and they are saying the signatures on my CC and drivers license dont match and they want me to make them match and send for a third time.

Anyone else get dicked around like this?
