Same after some initial confusion, anyone else having an unusually long wait time from ignition? Never really happened before and support is being very slow to respond via email.

I read about the speed of withdrawals in a slot forum and the consensus seems to be they are prioritizing by Rewards level. I'm currently Titanium and have had no waits longer than 20 hours.

Cashout to BTC received May 26. Original request made March 7. I've done a lot of travelling and played while doing so. Apparently that raised red flags. Still I provided numerous documents proving my identity and my email address is my name. And the beauty of online poker is you can play anywhere there's internet. So I don't think all of the slow-walking was justified. Yet, they closed their call in line due to coronavirus and staffing safety issues so that explains a bunch of the delay.

That is too long, but I know they generally dont play games intentionally. I hit a RF on $5 VP (20k) then 3 of a kind on 3 card poker max bet ($500 per spot, forget what it paid) within an hour. I had almost no history with them. They could have easily saved > $30k by pretending I didnt exist, and to their credit, they paid. Was nervous as hell.

Hey guys, wanting to withdraw for the first time. I deposited with bitcoin, but I can't figure out how exactly I made the initial deposit(transaction history only goes back 30 days).

It looks like I wasn't able to use blockchain, because they won't allow me to finish setting up the account(wrong state).

From what I understand, its not safe to use Coinbase to withdraw to directly?

Is there a new/different wallet I should be using?

So if anyone has any wisdom, advice, experience etc...

Thanks

1. Correct.

2. You should have some intermediary wallet as a go between with not only Coinbase but whatever service you use to turn your btc to usd (Coinbase, Binance, CashApp etc.). Many use the Exodus wallet. Just turn on multiple addresses as Ignition/Bovada won't send to the same twice.

Thanks for the response. So what I will want to do is set up an exodus account, withdraw to that, then move it to coinbase to convert to US$?

and when you say multiple addresses, do you mean unique bitcoin addresses for each withdrawal?

TYTY

Hi all, quick question. I tried searching the thread but didn't find any info (maybe I used the wrong search terms?). I withdrew $500 BTC to Blockchain yesterday. Today it was still pending and a friend asked me to transfer him $100, so I had to cancel the pending withdrawl to transfer him the money, which I did. Now when I try to withdraw again to Blockchain it says I can't use that address because I've already used it to withdraw from Bovada. I think that my address will never change now in Blockchain now since I will never actually receive that first withdraw request that I canceled. Any ideas on what I can do? Thank you!

Requested my very first sub 9k withdrawal last night. Never withdrawn from Bov before. Still pending review. How long on average does the very first withdrawal take? Taking crypto. What KYC docs did you have to provide for crypto? Just curious.

Yea, that how they work, you will have to provide a UNIQUE btc adress. The easiest way is to open an account on an exchange.

Um, no. The easiest way is just to generate a new address within your blockchain wallet.

If it's your first withdrawal, it's probably going to take a bit. They're going to verify some things, just provide what they ask for.

I need some advice/help. During the quarantine i started to pick up poker again after being away from online poker for a while. If i am bored on a friday or saturday night ill deposit $100 into my account to play a few hours during the evening. I guess the first time i did this i wagered more than my deposit because i was able to request a withdrawal for the same amount a few days later.

Two weeks ago i deposited 200 dollars to play for a few hours. I played for about 3 hours in total and currently have $283 in my account. I requested a withdrawal for the full $283 and bovada is denying it saying its bc their AML (anti-money laundering) policy. After contacting them and finding out this is the reason they are refusing my request they will not provide me any information at all on how much money i need to wager in order to get to the total amount i need to wager in order to have my request approved.

Maybe i am ignorant but how often are people using credit cards to launder money and how often are people laundering small amount of money (a couple hundred dollars)? Also, if you have a weird restriction in place for withdrawals how can you not provide the person with simple information about how much more money they need to wager in order to meet the restrictions in place?

I know this is just a small amount of money especially to the majority of people who post in this forum. However, to me, this is a decent amount of money. I was not aware that i would not be able to take my money back off the site after a few hours of playing during the weekend. Not everyone plays poker for a living or even to make money. There are (or at least used to be) people who just wanted to play for fun here and there.

Furthermore, if you view bovadas TOS page (https://www.bovada.lv/terms-of-service) under withdrawal you will find this:
"4.8 Withdrawals. To withdraw funds from your Account you will need to request a withdrawal from the Cashier page of your Account. You may request a withdrawal of any amount up to the full balance of your Account. If we are satisfied that you have complied with the Terms, all AML and fraud-screening requirements, and all rules relating to the Games and any related bonuses, the payout shall be made to you. The manner in which the withdrawal is processed may be restricted, depending on the means by which the initial deposit(s) was/were made to the applicable Account. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to conclude your withdrawal request by an alternative method or process at our discretion. If, for whatever reason, a payout request cannot be approved, a Customer Services Representative will contact you."

If you scroll through the page no where does it list what the actual anti-money laundering terms are. It refers to them multiple times but it never defines what the actual requirements are.

This is beyond frustrating. Is there anyone i can contact about this? I do not think its right for a company to gladly accept my money just to put restrictions on that money and will not tell me what the restrictions are.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have contacted Bovada multiple times already just to be given the run around every single time. They keep telling me i have to continue to wager money on order to have my cashout approved yet they will not tell me how much money that needs to be. Can you imagine going to a casino and trying to cashout your chips just to have the cage tell you that you need to go back and gamble more but wont tell you how much?

How are you requesting your funds be withdrawn? They aren't running a credit into btc business. You probably just need to play through your money some more. Bodog and all of its current iterations have always paid out(with some hiccups along the way) for almost two decades.
