Someone mentioned a Reddit article that mentioned some closed accounts. So you never received an email or anything that your account was closed? Was it closed before the changeover notification or after?

I received nothing. The only way I knew they had closed my account was a pop-up box when I tried to reload. Saying, “this card is not able to load funds. Please call“.... this was before they did their “update“

I’m guessing that if they just ignored me and kept my money for the new card, they have done this to others as well. Usually when companies do that, they are either going out of business or about to be in a huge class action lawsuit. I can’t imagine the federal government letting banks just take peoples money with no accountability. I would love to hear from other people whose accounts were closed for no apparent reason.

Also, does this just leave Coinbase and Kraken as the only way to convert bitcoin to US dollars these days?

I have been using BTC since beginning. My withdrawal is going on 80 hours. They say this is standard procedure but it has never taken this long just for them to review it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I requested a max BTC withdrawal on Monday and it hasn't been processed yet. I sent an email asking about the delay and haven't received a response. It's never taken longer than 48 hours.

Withdrawal hit my wallet about an hour after my last post

Requested ~1.5k late yesterday. Received today in the afternoon about 18 hours later.

So I had to cancel and made a new one. Got funds in 15 hrs.

I had requested all my money off. Now usually in past I’d leave 5 dollars or so. But this time I took all off and it was almost 4cdays still processing.

So ppl don’t take all money off. I assume I didn’t leave any for the bitcoin fee and that was the delAy

My request (right above) was for the rest of my roll and didn’t have a delay.

Hey im new to the forums. Really never used any forums before so i really dont know where to look for things so i thought this might be a good place to ask. If this is too offtopic i can delete or do whatever is needed.

Im new to online poker and would like to make my first withdraw. Im trying to withdraw and move my money to acr for a bit. I cant withdrawl cash anything under $100 so how should i go about withdrawing bitcoin in the safest way possible? Im sure there is a thread for this so if someone could just direct me to it that would be awesome!

I requested a 8.5k withdrawal via wire transfer on 4/15. I received an email on 4/16 asking for me to confirm all of my bank information, which i did immediately. Havent heard back since.

Any idea on what I can expect? When I chat with support online they have nothing to tell me...

FYI I live in the USA (FL) and my bnk is sunny and I trust it very much.

Phone support has nothing to tell me either except that they appreciate my continued patience in the matter. No time frame. Jesse S. from chat support said that withdrawals are processed in the order received and that they have never missed a payment so not to be worried. He said there is an increase in withdrawal requests which is the reason for the delay.

I requested a btc payout early Monday morning and got it in 18 hours.

This is frustrating to read. I called them shortly after reading this and the support rep informed me that my process is in the final stages of "review" and that rest assured it should be done shortly. I explained how I wasn't interested in particularly hearing they are processed in the order received because this post and a few others suggest otherwise. I guess I will continue to sit here and twiddle my thumbs. (I've been with Bovada for over a decade)

I usually always do bank wire as my withdrawal method too. For me they have been averaging around 4 days from request to being in my bank account and available to use. I live in Australia.

I am not sure how true it is but they have multiple Btc processors. And from what it seems like is happening some people are getting faster processors then the others. If you have been waiting over 48 hours you should cancel and resubmit .

This is truly absurd. I am in the same boat!! 86 hours now. Support tells me everything is fine and to remain patient. I was told my withdraw was in the final stages of review yesterday. It is truly some crap to see some players get theirs in 13 hours and others are stuck waiting 4 days and counting

When you say you "had to" cancel. Was this a decision made by yourself, or were you instructed by support to do so? I'm asking because I'm going on 4 days~ no funds via BTC. Similar situation as you were in. Support advised me not to cancel the withdrawal as it will require another 24-48 hours to review that request and put me at the back of the line..
