you def have to be verified to withdraw btc. Bovada/ignition is super strict when it comes to **** like this. they are good at busting muilti accounters, promo abusers, any type of cheating. This is prob why they need time to review your account before they process the wihdrawal.

A lot of players are dolphins and only get paid in sand dollars. Do you have facts to back up your claim?

Ignition -> Electrum -> Bitpay card (bitcoin) 300$. Requested 23 hours ago. 295 now in my card ready to spend.
This was my second w/d this month. Ignition didn't charge anything. I lost a bit from BC price dropping. (Probably not a whole 5 dollars, I rounded my request when 300 was insufficient funds)

What is the Merge Network? And I was certain bitcoin cash transactions were processed as fast as regular bitcoin? Nowhere does it states 5-7 business days on Ignition or any crypto website. Please explain what you are talking about?

Merge Network is a completely different set of sites to play poker on. He was saying he wished Merge's withdrawal process was as quick as Bovada's and Ignition's. He didn't even mention Bitcoin Cash. He was saying Bitcoin cashouts as in bitcoin withdrawals.

I'm trying to withdraw through bitcoin and the site reads enter a valid wallet address. I've use the same wallet address to withdraw with the month. I'm copying and pasting, also used chrome and firefox. I'll give it a day before I call, but still annoying.

Blockchain isn't doing transactions currently. LOL at people bitching about waiting a couple days for cashouts.

Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are 2 seperate cryptocurrencies. BTC is fine to use right now

Typically they force you to use a new address every time, this is also surely why the address is reading as invalid. Your wallet will generate a new address if you want it to, Electrum does it automatically for receiving funds.

Got paid with the low fee today, which means it will take 25 blocks to confirm the transaction. Not cool Bovada, up your game. You can apparently do something called a "Child pays for parent" transaction to speed this up, for anyone else who may have this problem. Ignition has never done this before, so I hope that it's not part of a new policy.

Can I ask what day did you request your withdrawal? Total time? Thanks!

Blockchain says they aren't doing any transactions. Does the difference between btc and btc cash matter? I genuinely don't know. I am just trying to get money from bovada to my bank account. I don't care about the minutiae of the crypto business.

When you're talking about blockchain, do you mean blockchain.com/blockchain.info? If this is what you're talking about then I am assuming you have an online wallet at one of these sites. The wallet is just a vehicle to hold your bitcoin and there are literally thousands to choose from. One of my first wallets was blockchain but I found the double authentication too burdensome, especially when I was only moving small to medium amounts of bitcoin. Not to mention the occasional outage/various problem that an online wallet will provide. Far and away I prefer Electrum now, it's one of the most popular bitcoin wallets. It downloads right to your desktop and gives you more control of your BTC (you will never have your funds locked up or be subjected to intrusive KYCs, as I have been with other wallets. Overall, it's cleaner, more simple, less hoops to jump through, and just all around better in my humble opinion. I was hesitant to make the jump too bc I don't like to mess around with what works, but to anyone who is not 100% satisfied with their bitcoin wallet, I can't recommend Electrum high enough.

It sounds like the problem is with blockchain, so in this case a new address would not help.

I agree completely on Electrum. I've used it for around 5 transactions now and it is fast, and the fee is small. One thing confused me at first in that when setting up to receive funds from Ignition, there is a line to fill in "requested amount" in mBTC in Electrum. You can leave that blank -- it is just for personal info and won't affect the transaction. Just copy the Electrum receiving address and paste it into Ignition, and all is fine.

Also, I send from there to to Gemini, then to my bank. the "mBTC" Electrum uses translates automatically into regular "BTC" Gemini uses. All is so easy!

A higher miners' fee an your end would have probably sped up the transaction. Conversely, a lower miners' fee would have slowed it up even more. When the system is seeing a heavier amount of traffic, your usual miners' fee will take longer to get picked up. This is another thing I like about the Electrum wallet. If the initial miners' fee indicates the transaction won't be picked up for say 3 blocks, you can adjust the miners' fee by sliding the bar to the right, until it indicates 1 block.

I have an unconfirmed Bovada payout with 5.1 sat/b fee. Does this have chance of actually going through?
