Used to be a bitcoin withdrawal on Ignition would just take maybe 1 - 12 hours. Now it is taking 30- 48 hours plus. I wonder if this is a policy change so that players are more likely to bust out, and therefore no withdrawal. This happened to me. From now on, if I play on Ignition at all, no more playing after a w/d request till it goes through. I absolutely hate these longer waits.

I have used bitcoin as well as many others since they first introduced it as a withdrawl option and times have always varied. Sometimes it goes through stretches where you get your money in less than a hour which was the case recently, other times like now its taking 24-48 hrs. Not sure if its part of the reason lately but im sure they're alot busier now with college and pro football and basketball both being in full swing

Has anyone ever received a call from outbound promotions of Ignition wanting to inform you of a promotion and asking for your email address? The number started 0111 and was United States, but my premium caller ID service didn't pick it up.

Thinking about starting on Ignition; wish to know, if I deposit via bitcoin, then request a withdrawal, will I have to go through account verification?
I have not downloaded the client, and would like to know what personal information I have to give them to open the player account, and I really do not want to go through the account verification process, to withdraw with bitcoin.
Thanks, in advance, for replying, konoki_1.

The timeframe for withdrawals has risen too much, and I tend to view it as in a sense as unethical behavior. Having the money just sitting there is such a temptation for me to use it and lose, the longer it sits there. When I request a withdrawal, I do it at that point because I want the money then and there, or within 12 hours max, because I have weighed my personality and psychology against the monetary benefits. The psychology could change and 48 hours later I might decide to play with some of the money and then lose it and have to reduce the w/d request. Because I am sure this is the case with others as well, I can't help but think this is a reason for the increased delays now - keep it in their accounts so they have more chance to lose it. I wonder if Ignition is having financial problems now so they have to suck every penny out, no matter how they do it?

Agree. I don’t think it should take 48 hours or more

It’s simply , pull chips, copy and paste address. Boom done. Shouldn’t take more than 12 hours max. I also think it’s terrible and people go bust while waiting

So, sometimes you gotta wait 48+ hours for a bitcoin cash out. Oh, where have the days of waiting weeks for a check gone?

You've already complained about this once on this page of this thread. Honestly, you sound like someone who has a gambling problem. They state your withdrawl will be reviewed in 48 hrs, when they process it quicker than that(which they do alot) they are obviously doing it ahead of the timeframe they've given. Not sure how long you've played online poker for but to get your money in 2 days or less in today's climate is amazing, especially if you're in the US. You should either not withdraw what you might be "tempted" to play with later or just play live poker where you can get your winnngs immediately after playing.

But it goes both ways.
Deposits are “immediate” so cashouts should also be as well

There’s no reason people should have to wait 48 hours for a bitcoin withdrawal. Makes no sense. They got the BTC in their blockchain wallets, it literally takes seconds to send.

And yes I am aware there are thousands of players but highly unlikely all thousands are requesting withdrawal daily.

I don’t think 48 hours is horrible, I just think it could be a lot less.
Def better than 7-10 days for a check that would bounce 50%

Again the times vary. Recently and for awhile alotta people here(myself included) were getting their money in less than 1 hr, times before that they were taking up to 48 hrs. I have my fair share of gripes with bonition on other issues like most people but we're all getting paid in a timely manner. I saw some people before have issues with checks for various reasons when that was a main choice of payout, fwiw I never had 1 bounce from them.

Ignition question - Are you required to use the phone number you provide in any way with deposits/cashouts? Txt message validation, random phone call, etc?

thanks

Withdrawal Req: $8400 on 11/06 in BTC

Contacted several times, generic responses about high BTC withdrawal volume...

Will keep everyone posted.

How hard is it to realize how much your account will have after the withdrawal processes? Don't wager more than that, or don't withdraw as much. It is quite simple.

That is really not good.

Since the update, customer service is terrible. I waited on hold for about 86 minutes after the 48 hours were past for a withdrawal last week and was told to switch from btc to bitcoin cash to get it immediately. Immediately = another 40 hours later.

What is going on at Ignition???

And to the poster who said they are busy due to college football and NFL...Ignition does not take sports bets so that would not be the reason. And even if it was, hire more people so players/customers do not get inconvenienced.

Is Ignition under new management??? Something is up...opinions please.

As I replied to a post of yours back in April, the sky is falling. Make sure you get from under it.
