I did a test BTC cashout on 8/10. This is my first time using BTC. Received in Blockchain and then to coinbase the same day. Then from Coinbase I sold/cashed out to my bank account. It says in Coinbase that it is completed, but I have yet to receive a deposit in my bank. Anyone have a similar problem and is there a better way to cashout with the end result being money in the bank?

Yea coinbase uses ACH so it take 3-5 business days. I like using Gemini or Kraken because I can sell the Bitcoin for way less fees and do a same day wire transfer

Bitpay card is an equally effective way to cash out. However, funds are loaded on Bitpay (Visa) card and not bank account. Can be used in same manner as any other debit card. Multiple cash outs (Carbon) with funds loaded on card <72 hrs after withdrawal request.

Thanks guys, with the Bitpay card, can you load it from blockchain? Or even straight from ignition?

Requested withdrawal Sunday afternoon. Withdrawal approved Monday morning. Blockchain > Coinbase in about 30 minutes. Coinbase > bank account in 6 hours.

From Blockchain. Bitpay card subject to same U.S. laws as any financial exchange. Do not load straight from Ignition.

I am a low stakes player. I switched to using bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals a year ago to save on fees for using a credit card. Today, I moved $140 from Coinbase to Blockchain and was charged a fee of $3.99. When I sent the $140 to Ignition, Blockchain charged a fee of $7.60. It seems I may as well go back to credit cards. Am I missing something? Thanks for any advice or guidance.

Hello all,

i got a bitcoin transfer from Bovada to my bitpay account 8/22 at 8 am, it still pending and the memo it says that could take long time or could be dropped because the low fee that the sender set, it is been 26+ hrs and still pending, have this ever happen to you? with ignition or ACR the bitcoin transfer only takes 2 - 3 hrs.

let me know

I had a blockchain -> bitpay tx take ~5 days a few months back but it did eventually go thorugh.

Just had a another such tx take 24hrs because I used a lower fee than blockchain's default. Which is fine bit for a couple extra$$ it generally clears <1hr

Did you send directly from bovada to bitpay? If so, you should definitely be sending to a wallet like Blockchain before sending to bitpay.

Is it normal to have like 20 processes for Ignition Casino (32 bit) in task manager? At the time I'm only running 1 table but there are multiple instances of the same process

Probably normal if you're depositing with bitcoin. Probably not normal if you're cashing out via a check.

My last two ignition payouts have taken less than an hour.

Unfortunately, every time i go to send from my blockchain wallet to my bitpay card, the transfer fees are higher and highter. when i started using btc like a year ago, fees were about 7 or 10 cents per transaction. now they're like 4 or 5 dollars, and bigger every time. What's up with this?

Also, i was advised that i can send successful transactions with a fee as low as 6 sat/byte, and i did so many times to and from my own addresses. then i sent a top up to my bitpay card with a fee of 12 sat/byte and it's been 3 days and hasn't gone thru. Very frustrating. Please advise! (I don't know ***** about btc - almost everything i know is from this thread - and find it super confusing when I go to blockchain transaction pages and try to make sense of what I'm looking at.)

thx for explanation couldn't figure out why the additional party was needed

Dont do this. I had my cashout held for at least a few months. It took a lot of calls + emails to get them to instead send me a check. Checks are fine they just take a couple weeks. Im looking into bitcoin now.
