if u have an account at one of the bigger banks (like the top 4 here for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._United_States) u should be able to receive funds the next day, without them sending it to collections.

a quick cashing place almost certainly will not cash the check on the spot. i have tried it, and they told me what i wrote above (deposit it at a "major money center bank").

i had an account at peee en seee bank and they wanted to send it to collections. so i declined. then i took it to bee oh aye where i also had an account, and they took it no problem and funds were in my account the next day. so i used them from there on out successfully.

Thank you very much for the info! I do have an acct at one of the big 4. I tried a small local branch, I'll try a different one instead.

So I accidentally withdrew via BTC directly to my coinbase...on June 29th. The transaction is still pending at Coinbase. Is there anything I can do? Coinbase support sucks.

Is it bad to send money via bitcoin directly to coinbase account? What are block chains?

What would be the best/easiest wallet "Bitcoin noob" to use if i'm only going to do a one time withdrawal from Ignition? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Edit: Just now signed up for Blockchain, is the next step to request withdrawal from Ignition or do i have to verify anything?

ya just withdrawal to blockchain i dont think you need to verify anything as long as bovada has your info like your ID and bank statment or whatever needed for withdrawal. Also for anyone else i really think everyone should get the bitpay card from bitpay.com. Basically all you have to do is withdrawal to blockchain then send it to your bitpay visa and then you're golden.

Hey all, been off the forums for awhile because lost my info for user account so I opened a new one... Question: Is Bovada now called ignition? If so can Americans play on this site... Currently play on Acr and True... Was just curious if Bovada was still an option

you are correct

i believe that americans still access the sportsbook at bovada, but all poker for americans has been moved to the new ignition skin. still the same shared player pool as before, except they added some new countries recently

Thanks! Is it fairly easy to deposit or transfer in transfer forums? Thanks for the quick response

they introduced bitcoin as a deposit/withdrawal method recently, so it's all a piece of cake. traditional options (credit card, check, wire) are still available but the less the site has to deal with traditional american banks, the better. opening a bitcoin wallet is easy, there are several different options but i use coinbase through the GDAX exchange. when withdrawing, make sure you send first to a blockchain wallet/source before sending from blockchain to your bitcoin wallet (conceals the source of funds being an online gaming site). it's kind of confusing at first (it's not illegal or anything like that so don't sweat it) but somebody in the bitcoin thread will likely be able to help you real quick with all the details. the bright side of the hassle of setting up new bitcoin wallets and verifying your identity and all that is that they have next-day bank wire withdrawals thru GDAX/coinbase, so you can get money out super quickly.

Requested BTC cashout from Ignition Wednesday 8/2 around 3:45pm PST.

Cashout approved by Ignition 7 hours later. (fastest ever for me)

Yup, same. And I got my money in my bank account about 18 hours after requesting it from coinbase.

You do send it directly to your wallet- Blockchain- then to your exchange- Coinbase. As Coinbase is a financial institution, it's subject to U.S. banking laws. It's illegal for them to send/receive funds to/from gambling sites. Your account is subject to closure if they determine this is happening. Hence, your buffer between Coinbase and site- Blockchain, your wallet.

Hi. So the last time I withdrew Bitcoing I did the same as the other guy and accidently sent it straight to coinbase. Are they not going to let me use coinbase anyomore because of this? They never sent me an e-mail saying my account has been canceled, just that they needed my ID for ID verification. Also is coinbase the best option for us currently or is there another site where I can transfer from my wallet to to transfer my cash to my bank? Thanks, Deep

Can someone please link me to an e-mail address for support on COINBASE? I cannot find an e-mail address or phone number on their help page when I'm signed into my account. THANK YOU, Deep
