The statement is, that unlikely things happen. Such as conception of a specific egg and sperm. The specific combination occuring is less likely than let's say, shady stuff possibly going on. Especially with your reputation for segregating your playerbase, it's at least possible someone from your network might be involved in this somehow. Set vs Set is quite unlikely, it's remarkable that this happened exactly then.

How noted is it? I understand you're trying to take my relatively hateful behavior with valor (my compliments on that) but you do realize that many people have experienced issues with the company you represent's software yes? Would it not be a huge priority to fix it, or do they just not give a fuack about people who use their service? I know you're not personally responsible, but like I said in the best case if it's a software issue, you should address it urgently. It is shameful.

UPDATE

After about 8 weeks, BWIN finally replied to my issue.

Here is their response:
