I am starting this thread because I hope this helps me get my money from this company. I deposited with Betsafe $750 Canadian dollars and I played 200 hands of .25 NL and was up a small amount of .56 but I noticed my balance was only $595.00 and I thought well maybe that is euro? I contacted live chat and they said no that is my Cad balance. So I quickly double checked my buyin and cash out and I was right I was not down $150 so I told them to fix it. After an hour of chat they still said I was down so I told them to freeze my account. It has been 6 days since and I still have got nothing but excuses and they will not return my funds and keep delaying me with emails. How long does it take to check 200 hands of .25 nl?

The way they are handling this is extremely sketchy and if nothing else I want to warn people of Betsafe being a possible fraud.

Im going to send this post to them and if they fix this problem I will gladly retract my accusation but they really are very sketchy and I have sent at least 4 emails with zero response so I am not holding my breath for these funds.

Betsafe is part of the betsson group so close to 0% this is a fraud.

Update to the story. I received $480 back from this company however it was still missing $250 which I consider STOLEN and theft.

I am grateful to have got back at least the 480 but warning Betsafe did steal my money and there is no question in my mind they also tampered with my account.

Yeah betsson group really needs your 250. Pretty sure you have messed something up.

I think he means he's cashed out $480, but has no balance left, which leaves him thinking he's out ~$250 ($270.56 by my reckoning, but perhaps I missed something).

Agree with you on Betsson not looking to steal $250 from him, though. OP, any chance there were some auto-rebuys or something else you lost track of? Do you have a hand history tracker so you can easily see if there was something missed?
