I'm going to try to make this as brief and concise as possible but i cant promise anything, anyway I appreciate the effort any 2+2 members put into reading this. A few months ago i made a deposit on betonline, ran very well and made a bit.

Soon after that my account was under-review. However, once they found no excuse to steal the money i had won they resumed access to my account as normal (after about 20 emails to them and sbr and countless phone calls).

I was unable to transfer funds from my sportswallet to my poker wallet at this point since they were having 'technical difficulties" so i made 2 WU withdrawals for 2.5k each at their extortionate WU charges which i managed to receive.

Since I was only able to make 1 of these 2.5k max withdrawals via WU a week i decided to request a larger bankwire for 15k usd to my bank account which was immediately approved. Over a month has passed since and i received nothing.

I was assured from over a month ago that the money was sent etc but they were nevertheless unwilling to provide details entailing corresponding bank and swift number (I am in the UK). My calls to them are now being ignored as they put me on hold for half an hour+ every time i ring them.

I have contacted sbr today regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response.

I sincerely hope to be the last person betonline attempt to steal money from, as far as I am concerned their domain should be shut down and i will not put this issue to rest until I receive my withdrawal or until their domain is shut down. This is absolutely unacceptable, nobody is above the law wherever they may be based, they have escaped the consequences of treating players with disregard for long enough.

I am not the only person who betonline has tried to con, a moderator on 2+2 who i will not name unless they decide to come forward is also having issues with betonline. furthermore they have tried to steal over 50k from another individual. I hope this issue is given the press it deserves and I appreciate any responses you guys have to offer.

completely agree, i posted in NVG originally but it got moved here, regardless this issue really needs a lot of attention to put a stop to this once and for all, betonline need to be shut down for good and their domain removed.

How are they recommended by SBR? If im not heard by SBR, then there is somthing obviously going on there which would in turn completely undermine sportsbookreview as a legit source for sportsbook regulation.

I have 2 15k wires, the First one that was requested on the 15th of may i was told it was paid on the 16th of last month still have not recieved anything. The second has been approved.

I have wrote and rung them a number of times just get told they will forward it to the payment department. I have also asked for a reference of the details of the bank wire been paid and they have gave me nothing.

I am the other player that money was blown in my account that i did not do will post all details f this when TC makes the thread.

Scumbags, yeah, post the emails and the names of those you were dealing with if possible. Really hope this gets sorted because this is getting outrageous!

being based in panama does not give you a license to steal if you are operating any sort of online multi-national operation. The issue is regarding having their domain seized and putting bol out of buisness which is fundamentally what needs to happen. What they have done is inexcusable and being based in panama just wont cut it as a good enough excuse for me as im sure its not for all of the other victims of bol's antics.

An update to the situation, spoke to betonline on the phone to somebody by the name of sophia, she gave me the same 3rd party excuse that the money has been sent to the processor etc etc and informed her of the situation via 2+2 that we are all investigating and exposing their scheme for what it really is

it absolutely amazes me that people deposit on poker sites before researching them on 2+2. gl op, i hope you get your money. there's been 1-2 other players that eventually got paid after making a lot of noise about it on the forums.

There is a lot more crap surrounding BOL than when i first depositted, regardless what they are doing is breaking the law, under no constitution is theft legal, and it is most certainly intolerable for a company operating an online business

If there's been a real rash of these lately with this specific site, then it moves into the category of "big news" and could go into NVG.

The default is usually to move any NVG threads that involve complaints about any online site straight here, so it's hard for the NVG mods (unless they read IP religiously) to keep track of what sites have a lot of complaint threads.

Mike, I trust your judgement - if you think this has gotten serious enough, go ahead and start (or have one of the victims start) an NVG thread. Just give me (and maybe PP) the HU so we know there's a serious problem and don't snap ship back here.

I think there is more going on here than what there appears to be.

Betonline's poker room is a skin that allows its players (including US players) to play on the Chico Network (formerly Action Network) and currently NONE of Chico Network's players have been paid for over several months now. Chico's excuse for not paying its players is "weakly" explained in the following emails to its customers...

In all likelihood, the Chico Network has become insolvent and is now freerolling while continuing to accept deposits from players. This would explain why Betonline isn't allowing its customers to transfer funds to/from their sports betting wallet to/from their poker skin wallet and why Betonline is refusing to make payments on any of their poker accounts.

This is just crazy that they can do this. I hope you guys can someway get your money out.
