Re: BetMGM / PartyPoker Pennsylvania

Would certainly have been nice to know that the $600 deposit bonuses are only eligible for the first 7 days after you register an account...so if any of you were planning on creating an account and waiting until the traffic picks up to deposit for the bonuses (as I idiotically did), don't.

Also worth noting that MGM gives you 45 days to clear the bonus. Borgata only 30 days. MGM requires 12x the bonus amount to be earned as loyalty points. Borgata is 15x. So it appears (on the long shot there is enough traffic to pay enough rake to actually get the whole bonus) MGM would be the better choice first.

Those are some crazy-bizarre rules. Haven't registered yet but mostly lucky on that. Was stalling on depositing until later but never would have thought that would make a difference on receiving a first deposit bonus. Thanks for that info.
I haven't looked closely enough on what a loyalty point is. Do we know what is the rakeback % for the bonus clearing at 12x?

This real is starting feel like something I would be clearing on the side with 2 or 3 tables while playing a couple other at Stars. Will be curious to see how difficult it is to play 2 different sites at the same time.

Re: BetMGM / PartyPoker Pennsylvania

I doubt that's actually enforced. I made my partyNj account years before I actually played on it. Just had to call support and ask for the first deposit bonus.

Quick question - anyone's betMgm client feel slow and sluggish. It's not exactly a resource hog but everything feels super sticky and slow when I click especially the lobby. I have a fairly high end machine and I'm far under ram and processor utilization with everything going

No hotkey settings available on either site? Am I missing something? Looked at all poker settings. Nothing. Just bet slider shortcuts

Re: BetMGM / PartyPoker Pennsylvania

I deposited $2000 instead of $600 and didn't get the bonus. I read later that any deposits over $600 wouldn't be elligible. What a crock oh **** that is. I guess I just switch clients and deposit $600 exactly this time.

Wow. This place has the absolutely most bizarre rules ever. What could possibly be the point of that rule?

Almost every deposit bonus anywhere the language is "100% up to $600." So if you deposit $2000 you get the 100% for the first $600 of that deposit. Like nornal.

Might be a longshot but I wonder if reaching out to customer service to explain that you didn't understand maybe would get them to give you the bonus. If they are even remotely reasonable then they will. Worth a shot.

most people don't play 2/5 and 5/10 with a 600 dollar deposit though lol.

directly from the TOS on BetMGM

"Maximum eligible deposit any player can make is $600. Any deposit made above this amount will not be eligible for the Deposit Match bonus."

If this still includes $600 bonus then something must be wrong because I didn't get the bonus

My lizard brain takes it as anything above $600 is not eligible. So deposit 2k, 1400 of it is not eligible but 600 is.

Well that saved me from wasting it, I owe ya one! Although I would contact support and I assume they'd be more than happy to credit it for anyone manually.

Re: BetMGM / PartyPoker Pennsylvania

I did a 2k deposit, contacted support through the chat online feature and they manually credited the 600 bonus. The play thru period is a month. Might be hard for a micro grinders, but very achievable at small stakes.

I also noticed this keystone grind promo on betmgm pa. Seems pretty nice. Expecting to capture a few hundo in rb from that too.

This is the obvious answer. But if there is a glitch it can be remedied as poster posted stated.

You guys can always check on your bonus too in the promo tab in the client.

Borgata ladder rakeback system is called "the grind" and looks identical to mgm.. Im not seeing any difference between the 2 skins. Im not sure the rakeback is looking that impressive, but its likely atleast 2x that of Stars
