I guess I can add my two cents about the cluelessness of the Betcoin support staff.
I've ranked high enough on their leaderboard daily for about the last week to qualify for the bonus which is a ticket to their 9pm freeroll. I haven't had the ticket make it in to my account once. I've had to contact their live support
each day about this and they would always have to manually add me in to the freeroll. They would also tell me thank you for letting them know and that they were looking in to it. So today once again, no ticket was in my account but now for the first time, their "live support" was not available but the message on the live support box said to leave my message and email and said they would get back to me as soon as they're available. Anyway, that's what I did.

Remember now, I had been going back and forth with them about this
daily and they always added me to the freeroll manually after seeing I was on the leaderboard.
So now I'm getting pissed because I missed being able to play in the freeroll because their "live support" was closed and I'm getting the most pathetic unhelpful reply ever. So I wrote back:
I have ranked and you can see my name Lancey Howard on the leaderboard in both categories along with it showing the prize that I earned.
Did you even check the leaderboard to see if I qualified before sending this reply?
Why is this so difficult for you to fix? I've been writing support about this for the last 4 or 5 days. The bonuses ARE NOT making it in to my account.

It's been two and a half hours and I've received no reply. I don't expect I will either.
I love the premise of the site and being able to deposit and withdraw instantly with bitcoin is awesome but the staff just doesn't seem capable enough to pull it all off. There's script errors and codes popping up all the time.
I really do hope they can get their **** together. I'd like to see this work.
