Yeah I think vip rakeback from points is working fine. I also got lucky and found a special affiliate that is friends with the owner or something and got 50% more rakeback from him, but since the new update there is no history so I think they are going to update it again soon to tweak it but I mean im pretty sure the points rakeback is tracked for sure i even see it in the history.

ive put a large volume in mtts over the last month and ive noticed the status points have barely showd any gains. My last conversion was in may and since ive only gained 93 pts total? there is no way with the volume i put in in july let alone add in june. can you look into this problem for me?

No the players here when asked how much to get this done quickly so you don't have to wait respond with a number and are taken care of quickly. One just wants to drag it on for some reason that we do not know. We will review your numbers and hopefully have it done by Monday and no later than Wednesday. When you do an update that effects over 54,000 accounts there may be issues, certainly there were only a few, most people understand and just work through it, very few are difficult but we are here to help everyone.

BEWARE OF THIS SITE IMO

So completely new to this betcoin poker and decided to give it a go. First question, can I transfer funds to my own ACR account or does it have to stay in betcoin. Second is anyone else having trouble when they click on my account it says error reading transcript or something in that nature.

You cannot send funds in between accounts on different skins of the network, only on the same skin. The latter is probably due to the fact that their servers just went down.

FYI, only betcoin MTTs/SNGs count towards status points, WPN MTTs do not, hence why they were asking what types of MTTs you had played. Kinda crappy. They should have just spelled that out for you from the get go.

I've only played on Betcoin a little, but it seems dreadfully hard to earn many status points playing MTTs/SNGs on Betcoin. Nearly all the tournies that run are WPN.

I thought you earned 1/2 the points if you played WPN tournaments since half of the rake goes to WPN.

So I started the milly on betcoin and table screen was ALL blacked out, this is a link on how to fix it. Betcoin did not update image files for the milly. Took me only 1 minute to fix, also when you reload client close the update or it will update to the old image file.

Be very careful with this room. They close accounts without any notification, take your money saying you violated ToS without delivering any proof and when you ask them for further information they say they will only do so if they find it necessary.

I don't think they thought he was multi accounting. The system just automatically locked him out on accident. And since Betcoin has been very understaffed recently and was working on many new features they simply just forgot about his problem. With that said they just brought in new expert staff from ACR.

I know because this happened to my account. All of a sudden i couldnt log in and it said account locked or something. Ended up to be a system problem and had nothing to do with user because I just signed up.

With that being said Betcoin has literally become one of the BEST places to play now!!!!!

Alright, I just asked because kangaroo mentioned in an earlier post they were suspecting him of that. Then again not much else was shared so it could be anything. Glad it's been sorted anyway.

I also think betcoin is one of the best places to play at the moment. They've kept improving since I've joined. The wallet is loaded with more functions now, there's added security for logging in, and it's great to hear they automated table starter rakeback. More players will try this now cause it seemed a bit of a hassle to do it before. Maybe the cash games will pick up significantly.

I just need a wpn mobile app now haha. I know that may be a while though.

BLOCKED ACCOUNT, WITHDRAWAL ISSUES, OTHER ISSUES, ETC

tl;dr
Less than 1month ago my account was suspended because of suspected collusion. They never informed me, they just refused to process a withdrawal. When I informed them about my delayed withdrawal, my account was suspended. Eventually it got worked out and I feel OK about it. Still support the site.



I had made a small withdrawal of less than 1BTC and waited for it to be processed. I even waited overnight. The following day I made an inquiry to support. They informed that my account was suspected of collusion. Another account had played from my IP, and at some future point in time this account transferred funds to me. This is a violation of the terms of service. After that, they told me to wait for investigation and stopped responding.

A friend of mine had played while he stayed with me, but we have lost money to each other and have both lost at tables which played at together for several hours. We never colluded as far as I am concerned, though support never told me what constituted colluding OR what I should do to avoid something like this happening again.

Some days later my friend inquires, they tell him that they "found the accounts to be in collusion" and that one of the accounts would need to be closed. I was outraged, and suspected they were also confiscating my coin.

I then contacted them again. After an interrogation, they said they'd reopen my account, and process my withdrawal. After being pretty angered, I now understand this as some decent security. Whatever, I guess.

i just sent my bitcoins to this site. I am now having issues logging on. Is there somebody from betcoin that can help me. I'm very irritated as my account is now blocked. Please help me. Is this site still legit?

site needs better servers or better protection against attackers... been getting disconnected a lot lately... not sure if its my connection tho cuz not everyone is effected at table..

If it's tournaments you're talking about, then the servers are WPN servers. Cash games are independent from the tournament servers on BetCoin.
