Small BTC increments not recognized by Betcoin ?

I just did a deposit of .0175

Went thru lighting fast, but only .017 went into my account.

I was curious if the missing .0005 was a fee of some type, so sent them an email about it.

Their response:

The system does not register amounts less than 0.001 btc, however we have added this manually. Please keep future deposits at 0.001 or more. Thank you.

My actual deposit was for .0175 btc
They initially gave me credit for .017

The .0005 btc apparently cant be handled by their automated system.

No big deal, but just a curious oddity for a BTC processor........or so I thought.

It's a bit odd but they do explicitly state it on their deposit page.
It's probably because their basic unit there is "one chip"

Curious who you guys think are the bots and or who is colluding.

I only pay cash, Omaha when I can, but usually 50 and 100 nlhe. A couple decent regs but nothing struck me as suspicious.
I have been running good there maybe but it seems like players are mostly normal to bad.

I've asked support multiple times to credit my account with my rake back. They either do not respond, or say they will take care of it soon. I have never been credited anything. I'd be cautious playing on this site, seems like a very sloppy operation they have going.

Just making sure that you know rakeback is given to you in the form of Betcoin Points that you would have to cash in through the client to change them into chips?

Why would anyone chip dump when they allow instant player to player transfers, and very fast BTC withdrawals?

So far it seems like lots of the SWC folks have wandered here, the low limit tourney structures seem awful, but at least there are players!

There also seems to be low limit cash games going all the time, so far I'm pretty impressed.

its been 24 hrs no cash out payment yet. Usually they pay within a few hrs. So this seems kind of long to pay. Has anyone else been since yesterday?

Sites ok but ya a lot of collusion and bots. The regs seem to be playing a fair game though, but for some odd reason are constantly 3b me but going soft against each other. But all the sites are like that in ring games. Or you will sit on a table vs like 3 regs which will constantly 3b you pre so you can't steal blinds but go soft against each other I seen stuff like that on acr with the beast. But thats just part of poker you got to deal with it doesn't mean you can't out play them. Its not like all the guys colluding are actually good at it. And some of the regs make mistakes. I made a few thousand chips so far on it. So I can't complain.

I didn't get my first deposit bonus. It said to contact them with your account name? I've yet to hear back. Have any of you had this problem?

Mine never worked. Same with VIP points. I didn't stick around long enough to follow up on it tho.

Seems to have come through, actually. You just have to go to your profile and it will say bonus money and bonus money freed.

Traffic here is really fizzling. Might be time to just start heading up to my casinos again. I suppose the hurdle of understanding bitcoin, setting up a coinbase/circle account is too much for the avg player to figure out. 300million US citizens and the max I've seen on this site sitting is maybe 100 cash players.

I mean, sure enough it's not stars, but traffic is on a massive upswing ;
3 days last week I've been 6+ tabling 200mB+ (sometimes NL and PLO, sometimes PLO alone)....

If you add the rake + rakeback deals, it's really an awesome site ; just has to grow a little bit more.

i agree that this site is growing. I've been playing on it since Februrary and have had the easiest deposits and withdraws ever experienced in my life. The tournaments clearly get more action and are more than I (a mid stakes player) could ask for. I hope the cash tables start to get more players once they realize how great the platform is and how having a really clean UX web client is #winning in my books.

You're talking about the morning if you want action on the wpn network then you have to wait till around 2-3 pm est.
