Nope, nothing. I have tried Live chat as well with Maria .. she had no idea what she was doing. I told her that my rake VIP points were not added accurately and that support needs to check my account again and make the adjustments!

Still waiting on them .. almost a week without any respond.

Using the PC client my tourney table was all black, with no cards, nothing. Logging into the web browser works but its much ****tier playing this way

I missed out on the 50% rakeback. Can I just make a new account? I emailed them and they said I already had a affiliate.

My review so far:

Signed up a few weeks ago and got 100% bonus so that was good but should have deposited the full 1000 chips instead of 500 if I had knew about it. I like the interface and graphics but I've never really fell in love with WPN software just because there are small annoyances such as mucked cards and connection issues at times especially with tourneys and actually it happened the 2nd day I played was disconnected and later tourney canceled but I was refunded. With that said i think the best part is the 50% rakeback and 10% points rakeback as well as the 500 chip bonus being released slowly which is great and I don't think it expires ever.

I sat some 1/2 NL and lost 200 right away but it was a table and felt kind of like a casino type table because its not that kind of table where its just grinders raising or folding and stuff. Ended up losing 500 that day and deposited another 500. Right now I am actually up a little bit because the cards has to change some time. I really like the tourneys but they take sooo long. Support has been good about adding my players before to new affiliates. They seem pretty chill and cool about a lot of stuff not like some sites I know *cough pokerstars. So I did also cashout 100, 200, 200 just to see and it went thru always next morning.

The thing that sucks is there isn't 2/4 or higher running 24/7 or else this could be kind of like bovada action. And plo barely runs

I've just started looking into bitcoin poker sites; could someone clarify for me the betcoin "conversion rate"?

My understanding is that if I deposit 1BTC, my account will be credited with 1000 "btc", so with the current conversion rate of about 250euro = 1BTC, a "1/2" game on betcoin is basically a .25/.5?

When you deposit 1 BTC, your account is credited with 1000 mBTC ... not 1000 BTC. Each "chip" is 1000th of a BTC.

But yes, at current rates, you're correct about what that roughly equates to in Euros.

Similar experience here. I wish so badly that traffic would pick up, especially for PLO. The incentives are awesome, the software is solid. I hope they spend some money on advertising and get some people on the site.

This isn't indicated though in the lobby. I mean that the stakes of games are not marked in mBTC, they are still labeled "BTC", which is why I was at first super surprised and couldn't believe that all stakes were so high. It's not clear at all. If they are actually mBTC this makes sense, but shouldn't it be written as such?

Yes, it's clearly marked in the lobby. Stakes of each game will say something like "m[bitcoin symbol]2/m[bitcoin symbol]4"

Does it not show up that way in the lobby for you?

No, it doesn't. However, I'm running OSX so I have to use the web interface, maybe you're using the client for windows?

Is there another way for me to buy instant BTC that anyone recommends? I'm at my weekly limit on circle and coinbase takes too long, I'm hoping to get in on a
few of the MTTs tonight...

Google bitcoin atm and your city or nearest metro area, you might have a btc atm nearby.

Also on localbitcoins.com you could find someone that would meet up with you and sell you btc in person. Take proper precautions when meeting with a stranger for any type of transaction whether it be a btc one or not. If you find someone to sell you btc in person on localbitcoin arrange the meeting in a safe place like a crowded coffee shop or better yet just meetup right in the vicinity of a police station especially if its a hefty sum.

Has anyone ever tried a Bitcoin ATM?

I first bought some through a bitcoin ATM, it was quick and simple. You just set the amount you want to buy (it displays its current rate), scan your QR code from your phone and receive it in your wallet within a couple minutes.

The handful of times I bought bitcoin was through a one-way ATM, with no option to withdraw. But I plan to try out a two-way bitcoin atm near me pretty soon.

Yeah I think that's the case. The web version displays it as BTC if I'm remembering correctly.

For some reason you have to include the "www." in the url.

They did some kind of update to the site the other day.

Even that person wouldn't give me an explanation of what they are accusing me of doing, hard to defend a case when I don't know what they think I did.
I heard Josef K also had this happen to him.

When the new website came in I can no longer see any transactions from the past 6 months. Can anyone confirm we are getting rakeback?

Why are the default bet sizing buttons 1/3, 1/2, 2/3?

No way to modify them to 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, POT ???

It's really annoying, especially if trying to multitable.
