I wonder if they will integrate all of WPN cash games as well?

Right now the cash games are very limited. Anyone know if they plan on integrating cash games with the entire network?

I had an issue with a deposit not showing up immediately the other day, despite having 21 blockchain confirmations.

When I emailed support they were very responsive and credited the money quite quickly while researching the issue.

If the money shows as sent but hasn't shown up in the wallet, provide your destination address and blockchain info and it'll help them figure out the problem. If it's that it hasn't been sent then "email support" is about the only advice I have.

tested the site yest. and was excited with grinding on my mac. its a bit buggy but once all that is fixed this is probably going to be my go-to site. i like the software and actually pretty excited about the bad-beat jackpot lol i miss it. There needs to be more cash games and i believe there will be in due time.

they not doing instant cashouts for poker anymore, if you checked your email betcoin sends one when cashing out they asked if you did it send a email to confirm i usually get it in 1 to 4 hours

It's actually instant again. They instantly send you confirmation email and then there is a link you click on.

This is a good site, but for the cash games/cool mixed games to start running, they really need to lower the rake... especially for heads up play. Rake is so high it is capped at 7 chips i believe.

We should all email support@betcoin.ag to tell them to lower it to industry standard or something. Definitely will be lots of fish at this site in the future with there 1500 / 1million dollar guaranteed tourney coming up in december.

Also the conversion rate stays the same for your winnings, irregardless if tournament lasts 10 hours and in that time span bitcoin has increased or decrease say 10x.

I guess I can add my two cents about the cluelessness of the Betcoin support staff.

I've ranked high enough on their leaderboard daily for about the last week to qualify for the bonus which is a ticket to their 9pm freeroll. I haven't had the ticket make it in to my account once. I've had to contact their live support each day about this and they would always have to manually add me in to the freeroll. They would also tell me thank you for letting them know and that they were looking in to it. So today once again, no ticket was in my account but now for the first time, their "live support" was not available but the message on the live support box said to leave my message and email and said they would get back to me as soon as they're available. Anyway, that's what I did.

Remember now, I had been going back and forth with them about this daily and they always added me to the freeroll manually after seeing I was on the leaderboard.

So now I'm getting pissed because I missed being able to play in the freeroll because their "live support" was closed and I'm getting the most pathetic unhelpful reply ever. So I wrote back:

Did you even check the leaderboard to see if I qualified before sending this reply?

It's been two and a half hours and I've received no reply. I don't expect I will either.

I love the premise of the site and being able to deposit and withdraw instantly with bitcoin is awesome but the staff just doesn't seem capable enough to pull it all off. There's script errors and codes popping up all the time.

I really do hope they can get their **** together. I'd like to see this work.

Speaking of betcoin tournaments.....

Betcoin has tournaments available to only its skin. I was playing in a six person tournament. 2 people got paid. It was a renter tournament. I was hu with another player he knocked me out.

I finished in the money right? Wrong. 2 players sat as I was knocked out. This is complete bs when final person is knocked out people should still not be able to renter.
