Hello, 8 months ago I deposited money to Bet365, I played on the site and won some money. Later on, when I wanted to withdraw my moneys, they said that I'm suspected of collusion.

I have not done anything, that could be assimilated with collusion, I've sent them over 15 e-mails and gave them every piece of information they needed.

Today I got an e-mail from them, that says: "Following an investigation by our Network Poker Security Department, they conclude that they are no longer able to offer you access to the iPoker Network. Evidence from the investigation has indicated that collusion had taken place with another player.

However, please be advised that your Casino, Games, Bingo and Sports accounts at bet365 remain active."

I do not suggest you to play on that site, wanted to warn you and any tips getting my moneys back would be awesome.

Whether you did or didn't it's Ipoker not Bet365. Bet365 are a very reputable UK bookmaker.

I have been with bet365 for a few years now and they are a great company who value their customers all the same. Highly respected sportsbook with a great team running the show.

You cheaters have no one to blame but yourselves once the sites do away with you.

Also I have used bet365 for over 8 years and have always found them helpful and reasonable. I remember I misunderstood a promotion once which caused me to fall short of the point requirements. After I phoned them they agreed to give me a 24 hour extension.

Long time poker player.....first time thread starter.
So...basically,i play on a few sites here and there,decided i would give bet365 a go....now,before i even though about depositing,i had a nice little chat with a guy on support called "Antony B". He assured me that once i deposited,i would not have to do any kind of playthrough before i had access to my funds.
So,i went ahead and deposited,played on their poker client a few times throughout the week,lost a little,nothing much,then found i could get a better deal at another site,so of course i want my money back....i made my withdrawal request,received an email from moneybookers and it was £150.89 short....after quizzing the support team on live chat they said i had incurred charges as i didnt play on the site at all!...i assured them that i had played on their site,many hundred hands,but i needed my money back. The support woman "sammy" was completely unsympathetic and bacially told me i had zero chance of getting my money back as i had not played enough!.
Now why would i even consider playing at bet365 if i thought i wasnt going to have FULL access to my funds??.
I cannot tell you how frustrated i am with this,i have never had any problems on any sites regarding deposits/withdrawals. Has anyone else had any problems with this or can offer some help at all??? SO ANNOYED!

In the first instance I would ask them to explain why they think £150 is reasonable and politely request they consider making an exception given that you relied on information given by their own Support.

You might also ask if they will refund if you go ahead and play through the value of your initial deposit.

After that I guess it's off the Regulators if you get no joy.

There's obviously been some kind of misunderstanding (no need for CS to be so ****y though). Contact them again and tell them some of the games you played in if you still have the hand history.

My arguement is,the support guy told me before i made my deposit that i would incur no charges at all for playing their poker product and withdrawing from the site whenever i wish!...
And secondly...£150!??? youve got to be kidding me! if it was £30 its not even an issue! but i feel theyve basically robbed me of £150 for no reason because i acted onwhat their support staff told me!.
How do they get any players at all if this is the way they treat them???.
Anyone else had this sort of trouble????

That's rough. Bet365 are a decent regulated company though.

When I have played there I just transfer from Sports Account to Poker and back again.

So I lost a lot of money, then I joined a tournament and was winning really well, I went all in on a good hand and 3 or 4 other people joined me and busted themselves, all had pretty cruddy hands. Next thing I know account is locked.

Check your spam folder for the email, reply to email, discuss compensation once outstanding issue is resolved.

it was like 10th hand into a tournament, first hand someone went all in i had AQ suit and followed, he bust

10th hand similar thing happens, I have AA and bet big, on the flop A and QQ or something comes down, I go all in, 4 or 5 people at the table follow me with very poor hands

average chip size by now was 1600, highest bellow me was 3000 I had aprox 7000

after I won that hand I should have had at least 14000 chips, cant see why they would do this so early into a tournament but I was kicked as soon as that hand was finished.

What did the email say? Op right though shouldn't let him register for a tournament and then lock him out.

Show a little patience before starting threads declaring this a scam?

Think should take it easy on OP. He is clearly new to poker. If his story checks out this is a really unsettling experience that would drive many, if put into the same situation, away from online poker.

EDIT- I am Austrian using computer locally without VPN, I am fine to use Bet365 from this country.

They are accusing you of collusion. Give them your security code and request the hand histories since you cannot log into your account. People here should be able to judge whether or not your play was collusion or a chip dump.

I just started playing online poker, usually anything I take seriously I like to inform myself with so I join a forum, read books etc.

Obviously I dont know how many Unique Visitors you guys get, I was just furious at the time and blast messaged some rubbish to the guys.
