The player balances appear to be funding the liquidators, yet we can't even get info from them. They're calling the shots with
our money. First we were screwed by Tusk by them blowing our money to keep their business afloat, now we're being screwed by Simspartners. Sitting there for another 2 months waiting for proof of debt forms is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous and it's clear what their true intentions are, yet we have no discourse. It's quite surreal, yet it's happening and there's nothing we can do about it seemingly.
If I was web design savvy I'd try to get a site up detailing the facts on what's happened.
MGS could not give a ****, the skin owners could not give a **** and the liquidators could not give a ****, yet we the players are the ones that are truly losing out.
It's one thing for the skin owners to have purchased a licence for $25k and have now lost that, it's a business risk, we the players deposited our cash on the presumption it was being held safely and have gotten raped by a company many of us didn't even know existed (as there was **** all about it on the Battlefield site/signup forms/etc).
I know some will say that it's a risk for us to put our money on the sites in the first place, well considering the skins themselves (Battlefield/Rednines) were huge and had good reputations, I'd imagine most felt it was about as risky as putting money on Stars or FTP i.e minimal.
Meh, bit of a rant but I'm pretty tired of this situation and how nothing is happening yet it's costing us daily.
