My name is Roman! in poker I play about 10 years! I want to share my story with this network! it's just awful! registered, played 10-15 tournaments, sng HU won a little money, I did not like the software, I put money on the input and immediately got a ban!
played tournaments of sng HU 100-200 $
to the question in the world? Tiger poker has requested documents,
OK! sent documents and then a long correspondence! to the question that with my account - the answer: he is under check! What kind of verification ??
I've played honestly for 10 years and never violated the rules of the site!
blocked me for nothing! money refuses to return!
guys need your help and support!

All the correspondence to spread I will not show only 3 letters in order to understand the meaning! First they requested documents - then they checked them for a very long time and they were constantly fed breakfasts! then said that the documents are checked you can order a cacheout in 48 hours! ordered a cacheout in 48 hours - canceled! again began to say that your account under some kind of verification!
I am happy to lay out all my distributions from the tournaments. tournaments were few !!! but how to do that? I need support from 2 + 2 forum users so that the tiger presents the story of the hands that we'll analyze and understand that Tiger Poker is a scam !!!

Them asking for verification prrof is 100% normal and it happens when you want to withdraw. No sooner!
You are able to play without verifying your account untill you wanna withdraw!
If you sent them the documents (which it seems you didn't) they will get in touch with you very quickly.
I have first handed experience on this one and I can say their support team is one of the best out there regarding answering customers!
Have you ever used any prohibited software? (Bot software etc...)
Have you ever chip dumped?
Have you ever had another account at this network that is still active?
Bare in mind not telling the truth here would not help you!(not pointing any fingers tho!)

I've registered to revive this dead thread and echo that their verification team / support team is just as useless today as it was when OP made the post.

It's been 3 weeks since I requested to be verified (will not deposit until they verify me for obvious reasons - given all the nice stories I've read).

Not only do they take 3 days to reply to each email, but they also don't read my emails. I resent them a better document that they can use for verification and they said the equivalent of "okay, let us know when you send us that document". Now I'm waiting another 3 days for a response, which will probably be just as vague and unclear as the last few.

They are pleasant to talk to at least, but no verification should take this long.

Microgaming verified me in 2 days. This is just nuts :/
