So true. As Carbon is part of the Australian-based Merge network, we have always been network-blocked from playing at any Merge skins.

I wanted to join Carbon a few years ago because they were offering Euchre.

Just a small clarification. You have to cashout first back to your e-wallet (at least the amount that you deposited) and only after that you are allowed choose whatever cashout option suits for you (bitcoin, etc.).

You can skip this step by making a first deposit as a player transfer. Not sure how does it work with first deposit bonus in this case.

Does anybody know what are the best sites in Aus to play SnG's? After reading through this whole thread people are talking about MTTs and Cash. Ignition? TigerGaming?

Would be interested in some responses to this. The answer for Tiger is no - basically no SNG traffic 8pm-12am AEST.

Tbh playing SNGs in 2017 on any site is a pretty -EV move.

I've played around a bit with Ignition and found it very buggy. Doesn't load half the time and times out frequently.

I do have a possibly silly question. Why are these "illegal" sites like ignition not afraid of Australian law, but the big poker sites are?

I feel like I'm just asking for trouble playing on these illegal ones. I just don't understand the rationale for them still being open to us though.

I think because the bigger sites are massive public companies and the lesser sites (some of which are Chinese based) basically do not give a **** and continue to operate. I am not sure what all the sites are that still run in oz. Tigergaming, Betsafe (maybe?), Ignition? Anybody know any others?

Hi guys, are there any sites Australian based players can play $25 and $50 HUPLO? I opened an account with Americas Cardroom but the traffic is usually the same with one player sitting at the $25 and $50 tables, is this the standard traffic for this site? and are there any other sites Australian players can play that offer HUPLO?

Winning 16.5bb/100 at 25NL.

Relatively small sample size. 2k hands but been running bad. Lost aces to kings and a few other suckouts on river.

Not many fish but regs easily Exploitable.

I’ve seen regs punt off 100 bigs with AJo preflop etc.

Also seen people shove over check raise on paired board with flush draw etc

I was winning at 7bb at 200NL on ipoker over a large sample size.

Will be moving up to 50NL next week and hope to be up 200NL over summer when I have time to play more.

Oh ok lolz. I'm still confident you won't make a dime in the long run on acr cash. I've heard it's hell. The regs you describe consist of lots of bots which are tough to exploit actually.

I am not sure I am yet to play there but it is one of the bigger networks available to Aussies.

As of tonight Skrill have stopped allowing ACR deposits, i got blocked from depositing tonight. FML now i have no where to play as i have no idea how to use Bitcoin.

Would someone be maybe able to explain a bit how to go about using bitcoins for Americas Cardroom for us noobs, like just the basics to get set up as I also went to deposit with a credit card but they don't accept cards?

For example it says choose your Bitcoin wallet but what type of wallet for poker and who to buy from like do I use blockchain.com or a Austrlian version of Bitcoin .com.au?.

Like every website is selling bitcoin at different prices also why? and who is respectable to buy from, as I said just some basics to get a account deposit and play, then I can read up about it in more detail, but would be cool to not get scammed or buy overpriced and buy wrong type of wallet etc etc.

The best way to do it is

Purchase bitcoin through a website called Coinbase.. Then send that Bitcoin to a wallet, I prefer Blockchain for this. Then from Blockchain you then follow the instructions on your poker network (for example ACR, Ignition) and send money to the poker site from Blockchain via Bitcoin.

I was a complete Noob too a couple months ago, but its super easy to do. Google Coinbase and Blockchain for those sites. DO NOT send money from Coinbase to the poker site.. you must use Blockchain as a buffer.
